We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesI cannot say that I did not like, rather I would say they could improve on a few things, house keeping, cleaning, but I have no complaints the staff was really friendly and attended to your queries and requests and took immediate care.
It was my first time at Flamingo resort and definitely will not be the last one. I had a wonderful time with my family at the place, the swimming pool was kept clean at all times and they had 3 life guards at all times to attend. Had a good dinner buffet to my surprise which was not expected and also they did the refills until the last moment. Although some comments gave a false impression and even the breakfast was good with a variety. Also, we had fun during crab hunting, wonderful experience with your family and a must visit over the weekends.
