The hairdryer in the bathroom! It nearly burnt my hand because it was old and clunky and there was no way to adjust the heat setting. Also there was no plug point to plug it in the bathroom. Rest was all good

The ice- cream I ordered was not good . When I checked in at 3:00 pm I have booked already on booking.com before I arrived at the hotel. The Gentleman who helped me check-in just assign another room that I did not book from booking.com . After I had made the payment for the room only afterwards he had told me the bathroom comes with “handles” and I ask him what do you mean with handles he kept quiet and I asked him you mean you gave me a disability room? And he said yes. I told him but this is not the room I booked on booking.com. I just felt he was not honest with me from the beginning. Anyways after 1 hour of waiting the manager arranged a room for us.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was big and spacious.

Reception was not efficient. There were staff just standing there (may be becuase there were only two workstations) and guests were queuing up to check in. I was in room 417 and In the room only one plug point was working.

On arrival there was only one valet staff available, was not very responsive. I’m not sure if there is another way but I don’t like the idea of having to pass through the lobby to get to the beach & pool. Even dressed in ‘covered’ swimming attire doesn’t look good.

The property is lovely and stay was comfortable. Shaimaa at reception was helpful and offered options to make our stay more comfortable. During the day they offer different activities such as complementary yoga and aquarobics which is great atmosphere.

The way the cleaning person didn't clean the glasses in the room. Everything else was cleaned and made up except for the glasses.

Everything is close to the hotel. The staff are very efficient. Lillian is a fantastic receptionist and very welcoming. Lots of entertainment is provided at the hotel, example singer in the Turkish restaurant, belly dancer at the poolside etc.

Beautiful view, common but huge balcony and setting chairs in personal room balcony, bathroom is big n good one, perfectly controls temperature pool.

Hotel signage and direction were not good, required better ones
