The bed sheets didn't look like they were cotton. As a result, they were making me sweat the entire evening making the bed wet and uncomfortable. The dinner was a little too expensive

I had to wait around 5 minutes for warm water in the shower, which was a bit inconvenient after arriving late and feeling tired. Also, the British power sockets didn't work with my EU adaptors, despite my preparations. It was unexpected, especially since I didn't encounter this issue at other hotels later on.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The bed was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean. I especially appreciated the lovely entrance to the seaside, complete with beds for relaxation. The breakfast was adequate and met my needs. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Building construction next to the hotel

Nice and small hotel located on the Palm. Good swimming pool and beach. The only minus is ongoing construction next to the hotel. Beer become more expensive then 2 years ago.

Room next to us whenever they open or close door , it's so loud that it feels our room door was opened. It shakes the door and very loud Bed pillow feels warm , not the most comfy quality

Price is great for the quality and comfort, It felt cosy as the hotel is not big, which is best because nothing is ever crowded. Food quality was superb. Beach is clean and calm

I could have been informed at the time of booking that I could have paid for just half a day if arriving after 7am the following morning. Instead I paid for a full say and reception staff said I cannot refund or transfer my fee rom charges or extras.

Only thing that was a shame; the rooms weren't very sound proof.. we would hear most people shutting their doors either very early in the morning/or come back quite late which would wake us up.

Breakfast was delightful, and so was the location; having the shuttle busses available each day was a bonus, as we were quite far out to the city/malls.

Lack of deckchairs by the beach - people reserved at 8 am and then come afternoon to the chairs Way to expensive drinks by the Pool - price of a one beer or coctail is more expensive than food (Pizza, Burger ...)

Unfortunately there was construction of a new hotel going on next door.

Large variety of foods at breakfast. Large rooms with lovely view across the Palm. Close proximity to restaurants at Atlantis hotel and water park.

Everything was just great but if i had to give a recommendation for improvement i would say the all inclusive drinks menu needs to be expanded just a little bit -- the drinks on the menu are very basic considering the price paid to make guests just that little bit special - at the moment it just very basic but still something you can enjoy.

We had an all inclusive package which included breakfast, lunch and dinner plus drinks. Food was exceptional -- a big thanks to the chefs. Staff where really friendly and helpful - always cheerful and willing to help. The pool side and beachfront was exceptional -- always kept clean and just gave that real holiday and relaxed feel. The room was comfortable enough considering we mainly only came to sleep. Good size bathroom with walkin shower and our room had beach side view which was just wonderful. I would definitely go back again.

Issues booking in colleagues in a seperate room arrived before us but couldn't get sorted - possibly an expectation thing with booking.com who say everything's confirmed and sorted - when in fact it's not

Location is a little far from everything. The breakfast are seems rather cramped and the offering was a little disappointing.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is pleasant, great bar and lived the DJ on Saturday.
