Some Staff is very bad at practicing customer service. Breakfast is an absolute let down and unprofessional staff Restaurant to be avoided as much as possible.

The terrace and the pool of our villa were full of sand when we arrived. As there was heavy rain during the night before and you could see that all staff was busy with cleaning the roads, the main pool etc we didn‘t want to complain immediately, but the next day still we couldn‘t use our pool so we asked reception to send someone for cleaning and finally the staff arrived and cleaned our outdoor area. This was a bit annoying, because it should be self-explaining that if you rent a villa with pool the pool needs to be clean so you can use it. But in the end it was solved on request.

beautiful remote location in the middle of the dunes of Liwa with incredible views. we got up early in the morning to climb a big dune to see the sunrise… pure magic and even camels walking by. very nice staff, nice villas with private pool and we loved the swing at the main pool. we booked ‚all inclusive‘ which I recommend as you can grab a bite from the buffet any time and have a afternoon cappuccino or cocktail at the pool. food options are good and we also asked for a fire in our fire pit at the villa which added a great atmosphere when sitting outside and watching the stars. We definitely would come back to stay at this beautiful place.

The food was good but not up to the 5* standard of the property. It would have been nice if there was some sort of indoor cooking facility like a gas cooker in the kitchenette or even a microwave.

I loved the remoteness of this resort and the stunning scenery of the red sand dunes. Totally heavenly.

Food arrived to the rooms cold and was not up to par with the rest of the resort. Each villa should come with its own broom and dustpan to keep up with the sand during a haboob.

The setting is just stunning. Great place for cyclists to stay and ride straight from your villa to get in some hills. The villas are well stocked and have a great layout. We stayed during Eid, so it was quite busy, but the staff did their best to accommodate our needs.

Basically everything - it’s pretty new, it’s modern. The desert is pristine. The staff were very warm and friendly from the buggy drivers, maintenance guys, restaurant staff, reception.

Lack of professional staff.

The rooms are big, well designed and enjoyable. The pool is very small and with limited privacy. The restaurant is ok at best and the staff dramatically lacks training. They are friendly but mostly clueless.

Really need to sort out the drinks service at the pool. 40 mins wait for drinks and then some never arrived. Same both times I’ve visited.

everything was amazing, we stayed in many many hotels in uae over the last decade but this was by far the most enjoyable stay, the views are out if this planet, the comfort and privacy of ur own villa and private pool, thr evening bbq, just amazing! and the staff was so friendly and caring! thank u!

Amazing place. The desert looks endless. Fun activities for the families with kids. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel at home. Loved everything about our stay. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, all requests are attended efficiently. Special thanks to the Chef that baked my birthday cake. This was by far the best cake I’ve had in UAE.

Private villa with good enough space for family travels

It's a three-hour drive from Dubai but well worth it even just for the view. Lots of outdoor activities to try too. My friends and I had a really great time. Facilities 8.5/10 and service was 10/10. Thanks again to Clarson who went out of his way to make our stay wonderful and comfortable!
