Food menu and variety can be improved. Especially when you take full board, they have only a small menu which is the same for lunch and dinner. Considering you can’t go out for food, they could improve the choices

No privacy at all of private pool. Full visible from front and back people crossing in front. Cleaner stuff can enter property without permission to clean pool or water the grass. And soo many flies inside the room

The food was quite disappointing, with the all inclusive formula the menu is the same for dinner and lunch. The quality of the food doesn’t make it better unfortunately. One another note, we wished to have more privacy around our private pool area.

We loved the room, it was more spacious than expected, also greener than expected. We loved the animals roaming around and the activities available.

The cleanness of the room was below average, breakfast and food options way below average. Not a great value for money. In the washroom, there was hair on the floor and inside the cabinets of the washroom there were used towels and inside the cabinets of the room, there was dust.

Property is new and very clean & well maintained, staff is vry courteous especially Mr Wasim & Mr Mayank as they took extra care of the hotel guests. From food to taking the tour of the property and feeding the pets - we enjoyed every single activity because of the courteous staff

The mini-fridge in the chalet could be upgraded, was too small, almost useless.

Great place to rest and be in touch with nature. Food was good, breakfast was appropriated for the location and price. There's tennis courts, paddle, table tennis, billiard table, massage chairs, horses and animals wandering around, was a great experience, yoga classes, pottery classes, several things to do. No wi-fi on the room so people can disconnect from the daily hush-hush. And all the staff was very friendly and willing to help in whatever people might need.

The food is very basic with limited variety. Nothing extraordinary. Definitely there is scope for improvement in this area.

The property is stunning, you get to stay so close to nature with friendly ducks, deer, ostrich and best of all, horses. It was one of our best trips. The staff is very nice and helpful. Mr.Shakir took good care of us. The artist (art session) was also warm and welcoming. With privacy and serenity all around, you would never want to leave!

The chalet private pool was not private couldn’t use the pool though it’s mentioned it’s totally private. Breakfast options was limited maybe better to be considered.

Considering that this is a newly opened property, it does have a few shortcomings which were made up for by the incredible team. Though few things that I would love to see improved during our future stays, - Housekeeping should be scheduled or offered on a daily basis - Restaurant menu could be improved as it has limited selection - Minor defects in the room such as charging points not working

The resort gets your attention from the moment you step in and layout of the property is very well planned. As you enter, you get the camping vibe, you get past the stables where the horses are roaming freely and are very well maintained. It feels like you have arrived in a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. From the moment we entered the resort until reaching the reception, we had seen horses, ostriches and peacocks within a few minutes. We chose to stay in the chalet overlooking the artificial lake and were mesmerized by the calmness and serenity of the view. It is nicest of the room types as it allows you enjoy the view, bird watch, observe the gazelles, deers and oryxes grazing all from your porch or while in your very own private pool. Chalets are laid out very expansively which gives you plenty of space inside and out. Interiors are stylish maintaining the theme of a wellness retreat, amenities are well appointed too and exterior has plenty of space with a curated lawn and a private (most importantly heated) pool. You never feel the lack of privacy. Special mention to the amazing people who took care of us during our stay, - Operation Manager Waseem who checked on us throughout our stay ensuring we were having a good time - Sales Manager Naveen who followed up with us over the messages and call to see if we needed any assistance - Restaurant staff : Chef Alam who went out of his way to prepare special meals to our preference Maileen and Vinitha who always greeted us with a smile Ash and Dominick who made sure that our kids were always happy with the meal choices Arnold who helped organizing a romantic evening for us at our chalet - Shakir and Shabbir who pampered our daughter who absolutely loved being driven around the resort in the vintage looking buggies

There is wifi in the reception area but not in their chalets due to installation issues but you don’t really need that wifi if you are after some meditation and solace from the outside world.

I booked in one of their chalets which is amazing. They have complete amenities and facilities, and recreational area. The place is peaceful and you can really enjoy some quiet time with nature and animals. The staff also were amazing especially Shakeer who toured us around and made us feel really comfortable. They seemed to take care of the animals really well and I hope it stays that way.

There was no wifi in the chalet 🥲 The food portion was shockingly small.. The room wasn’t cleaned, we found dead bugs and ants on the bed ( dusted it off) , even the pillow had some kind of dirt. We just kept it aside…so it was ok. The hot water runs out super fast.

The location was beautiful. You get to connect with nature and admire its beauty. It was raining so it added up to the natural scenery. Ducks were roaming around early morning in groups, what a scenery. Would definitely recommend this place. The private pool was another plus. The staff were amazing and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr shakeer from Bangladesh.

Amazing place! The staff was really polite and helpful. The horses are adorable!) We had a little yard at the back of the room and could unleash our dog. However, would be nice to add some area with fances to have some place for doggies to run) food was really good and with reasonable prices. Overall great experience
