The pool need to have more depth and the beach I would like it open I like the vibes of the beach and the waves but it was closed which caused Algae I couldn't swim in it

There is nothing that I can point out that I didn't like.

The staff were very welcoming from the time we got there, through our stay and also while we were leaving. A huge shout out to Elsayed who assisted us with our luggage. He was very polite and friendly. Also Divya was extremely warm and welcoming and assisted us in the best possible way. Overall all the staff were amazing and the rooms were beautiful too. Will definitely make another trip there.

The temperature in the corridor : too cold 🥶

The entire staff was so kind and helpful. ALL of them made sure we were comfortable. These are the best staff from all the hotels I have been to. The breakfast 🍳 was excellent, it had huge choice including healthy options and it was fresh. We had Valeria propose going the extra mile for me to have a special smoothie 🥤 For the dinner buffet, we had been served by the amazing Scott and Saqlain. At the 🍝 pasta stand the chef 👨‍🍳 shared some of his tips to make the best pasta! I loved the whole experience and will definitely come back.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Amenities are great and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food was really good too. The pool was great, too! We were treated really well from the time we arrived until we left. All in all we were really delighted and impressed

The bathtub in our villa had yellow water, but it was fixed upon complaining Private pool in the villa was not temperature controlled Our check in experience was not great - we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready even though we arrived at 3 PM.

This vacation was particularly special for us as we celebrated my husband’s birthday. The hotel grounds are expansive, yet conveniently, there is always a buggy nearby to swiftly transport you to any location. The beautiful mangroves, fantastic beach, and extremely comfortable pool area, along with various types of cabanas and well-designed facilities, made our celebration memorable. The hotel team truly elevates the experience, especially the Food & Beverage section, from the early breakfast to ending our day at the stunning Mekong restaurant. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded; the seasoned team went out of their way to make our moments even more special. A special thanks to Imran and Charu for the perfect pairing of Riesling and Vietnamese food. Moreover, the staff was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Davendra was kind enough to show us around, and Amjad was instrumental in resolving a few minor issues in our room. While collaborating with some ladies from the front desk team was somewhat challenging (perhaps due to busy days?), the other staff members compensated brilliantly. This was our best staycation this year, and we eagerly look forward to returning and experiencing the astonishing villas here. 🎉
