As I said before, the glass shower screen over the bath is bad design. It is too small and allows water to leak onto the bathroom floor making it slippery. One small issue in what is a very nice bathroom.

The Metro Station beside it was not working and this affected our Business Trip.

The Apparrment was very clean and comfortable, you feel a positive energy while you are entering to the Building.

You went to so much effort upgrading the place especially the bathrooms but failed to put a decent shower screen over the bath in my room and the bathroom was flooded after ever shower. So much effort to allow a small thing like this to let you down but it does not detract from my overall opinion of the place which was excellent

The attitude of ladies staff, need to be trained well, especially in such a beautiful property. Spoils the name of the property. We family of 3 staying here, me , my wife and 11years old daughter, requested the staff to give us an extra towel for my daughter, they had already given 2, but they refused, same goes with a small bottle of water , a bed sheet. When they know there are 3 guest staying, they should b ready for these requirements or requests. Also didn't have the cutlery as per their list mentioned in the kitchen, when we asked for a simple pan , they refused saying "this is all we have". We were not informed about the pool, gym etc, As if they didn't want us to use these facilities. We stayed here for 9 days, we could use these facilities only for last 2 days. Nobody should be judged by their looks or nationality, especially in the hospitality industry. I hope the this doesn't happen to anyone else. Also maybe it is the properties policy to keep aed 300 as a deposit, but this should have been mentioned in booking.com while booking.

can be only one small complaint, the soundproofing of the apartment is not top! it lacks some equipment in the apartment. even if the cleaning is done every day it would be nice to add a dust collector and a broom

The hotel does not have the infrastructure to offer breakfast and as a reminder it is a hotel apartment. otherwise everything is fine in this apartment, the cleaning is done every day, the staff is very nice, the pool is just what you need for children neither too big nor too small and not overlooked. also it is at 10 or 15 minute by walk from the Mall of Emirates, otherwise very convenient a supermarket is just opposite allows you to shop for breakfast. The hotel is also very beautiful and modern. in front of the metro Mashreq (But at this moment it was at work, so no functioning).

Couch was not extensible unfortunatelly so not very confty to sleep on it. The smell was a bit heavy in the room, difficult to air the room, but it had good air conditionaire.

The apartment building was really nice, we used the gym, it has also a small sauna and a small pool on top. Staff very friendly , cleaning every day, all in all a good apartment to stay with max 2 parents and a kid that would sleep on the couch. Big tv with wifi was nice.

In the kicthen some stufff missing. like dishdrainer,kitchen towels.It would have been good if metro was working,but its not hotel fault.

The staff was very nice and helpful ,there are a few supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Location was good,overall we had a nice 10 days stay at Radiance premium.

There has to be some tea and coffee provided in the room. Just water and that too only 3-500 ml drinking water among 5.

The room was good, but we booked for 5 people and I expected an extra bed for the kid. They just had one big double bed and 2 single beds. An extra bed was charged which was not expected as per the booking. The location is very good, metro station is just 5 mins walk and nearby grocery and restaurants. Breakfast is not there at the restaurant.

Room & Facilites are very good but the restuarant was not working, I appreciate the staff (Hema, George, Gena & Anter) all were freindly & helpful. Actually, we enjoyed in the apartment.

The maintenance needs some work - we faced issues with some of the faucets leaking water (particularly the washing machine’s faucet) and the kitchen ceiling was leaking as well. There were also no towels in the guest bathroom and every time we put towels, the cleaners removed them for some odd reason. Additionally, one night of our stay, we came back to our hotel room to a letter saying the water will be cut off from 12 AM to 5 AM for maintenance. Imagine our shock to this having not received any prior warning and coming back to our hotel room and not being able to shower or use the toilet. It was entirely unprofessional and very inconvenient.

The cleanliness of the place was excellent and the staff were very nice. They responded immediately when we faced any issues. The location is also very good as it is close to most places. Parking was always available which was great - the entrance is also very close to where you park so it was very convenient.

The shower! The half glass door didn't keep the water from leaking out. The shower head was not powerful.

The apartments are surprisingly big and have all you need for a short stay. The location is really good and easy to walk to Mall of the Emirates, take á metro or á taxi. There are two super markets few meter s away with good selections.
