Perfect for ski trip as the location is just 100 Mts from the Canillo ski lift. Great people particularly the staff serving breakfast.

There was little opportunity for protein at breakfast. An egg boiling kit does not require staff attention except to refill from time to time. Cheese slices and salami/cold ham is barely adequate. lack of variety in breads/croissants

Room was clean and well kept with all the usual facilities except provision to boil water for tea/coffee in room. Breakfast was good but quite limited

The ones who enjoy stiff beds will feel happy. the hotel don’t offer iron + board ! breakfast could be improved - sandwiches, croissants, fruits, yoghurt and serials. coffee was something to “remember” !

Breakfast was pretty basic, but then again - the price was awesome. British neighbors at the night were loud, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was very basic. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, need to park on the street if you find a place or use paid parking. The checkout process is time consuming and ineffective, they print receipt for every guest and do some other paperwork. We had to wait 15 minutes in a line.

We stayed there for just one night and for that short stay we had everything we needed.

No aircon and it was too noisy to open the windows. This was impossible anyway without filling the room with light from streetlamps

Sheets and blankets, not duvets. Good breakfast included. Incredible value for money. Very helpful staff.

Coffee, lack of diversity in the breakfast

Good big room, all tidy and clean. Staff very nice. Breakfast was not highly diversified but good enough. Coffee was not good.

Really nice hotel in the center of Canillo. Excellent location, close to restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. Large well maintained room with beautiful bathroom. Comfortable beds and reliable Internet. It's a bit retro style and I love this. In any case excellent value for the money. The breakfast is also included and it is sweet-only and it's fine. I would be happy to come back and stay again. (The skiing season was just over so I cannot comment on this).

The choice of bed throw is a little dated - maybe a more contemporary choice would enhance the overall appearance of the bedroom. Otherwise, I can't think of anything I would change. It's a lovely little budget hotel.

The location to gondola and parking is excellent. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is spacious clean and friendly and although there is no hot food, the choice for breakfast is excellent. The staff are welcoming and supportive. It's a lovely little budget hotel.

The staff could not be friendlier & more helpful. The hotel is clean & comfy and the included breakfast is just right to set you up for a mornings skiing. Location is perfect, just a few hundred yards from the Gondola up to Canillo Sector. This was our second stay & we will be back next year.
