We’ve stayed 3 times now, first two Times were good! A nice double room. However this time we didn’t like the room. As you walked in it was an empty room with a sofa bed then a bathroom in the middle then a bedroom at the back. The room wasn’t laid out to be comfortable

Good value. The interior of the hotel looks new. The room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and offer different kinds of fruits, breads, juices and cakes. It’s close to the ski slope, but expect to walk to get there (about 250 meters).

Bathroom was a bit small but I am quite large.

The staff were all awesome, especially Laura who kindly let me use her credit card charger to charge my phone as I had left mine at home. Other notable staff included amongst others Augusto who never stopped smiling. All the staff had fantastic energy and it was a pleasure to be in their company albeit for just a week which flew by. The mountain views from the bedroom were awesome but the kindness and willingness to help from the team set this hotel apart from many and I've stayed at some great hotels.

There wasn’t any tea or coffee facilities in the room, or access to bottles of water. The heating was very high; we had to open the balcony door to sleep!

The hotel was very modern and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and offered a nice selection with use of nespresso machine.

Window can't be locked, that means if someone will be on balcony, can open slide window from outside.

Great options for the breakfast, continental style. The room had a great view and there was a bar at the hotel for late snacks and drinks.

The breakfast wasn't much more than mediocre. As nice as the crew was, it lacked professionality at times - we had to remind them to reserve at the restaurant for us although we asked earlier. Occasionally, there were noises from adjacent rooms. Price is good compared to other hotels in Pas de la Casa, yet it doesn't feel to me like it is totally returned in value.

The location is OK - a short walk to the nearest access, and shorter walk coming back from skiing. The crew was great and hospitable. The rooms were very clean. The lockers at bottom level were very comfortable to use.

Reception were very helopful parkingmy van and whn my daughter was taken ill they advices where to go to see a doctor.

Right next to my room, there was another room with huge air conditioning or kitchen fume extractor pipes that made a very uncomfortable noise in the evenings and it woke me up very early (7am?) in the morning. The hotel was all quiet; my room was not. There was a window-like door from my room to the extractor room, made only of a wooden panel that flapped close with hardly any isolation. A big minus. A pity, because the hotel is otherwise fabulous.

The staff was superfriendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Boutique hotel feeling. The view from the room was fabulous. Cosy.

It was a bit expensive generally but we were travelling at New Year so we kind of expected it.

The location was great, 5 mins walk into the main town / the slopes. The staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us. They booked restaurants and cabs for us and helped with everything we asked. The locker facilities make it really easy to manage everything and they cleaned the rooms everyday which was really nice to come back to.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean for both the group of 3 and 2 bedroom. Balcony overlooking town was a nice touch. Good selection at breakfast. Staff were all really polite and helpful throughout.

Noisy guests around the corridors all night going in and out of each others rooms and being very loud keeping a lot of other guests awake.

Our room was extremely small but we had a balcony with good views and the bathroom was excellent. The shower was amazing! Breakfast was also excellent.

Quite expensive for ski passes for a family not much reduction for senior pass. Would be upset if the snow was poor

Snow was good when we arrived. Liked the town plenty of restaurants easy access to slopes . Noticed prices have increased
