It's a complicated way to get to the E bloc apartments by multiple elevators down from the main road entrance. The main bed has issues with unfolding, and in the fully extended position, it constantly creaks.

The apartments were quite decent, recently renovated, and budget-friendly. Nice and picturesque view on the snowpark, friendly staff, and easy to find a parking place for the car during low season.

Super close to Grau Ski Center, the hotel offers a free shuttle as well. The apartment is fully equipped and surprisingly big and comfortable.

Hussled to get the keys for check in after 7PM. Check in times are short. They keep 200€ as deposite.

The parking was left somewhat vague (free street parking from 8pm-8am if avialable, otherwise paid parking on site), and the check-in process was not clearly described on Booking.com (was buried in one of the emails, basically you must check in via the Hotel Austria across the street).

The location is gorgeous, settled in to the side of the mountain with a nice view. We went in the late summer, so it was nice and cool, but still warm. The 4 bedroom accommodation was great for our group, and the unit was in great shape: they must have been recently renovated.

It is almost impossible to find an apartment without Google maps. European roaming doesn't work in Andorra, so we were looking for an apartment for several hours. There are no signs on the road. Google map shows that the apartment is located next to the Nordic Hotel, but in reality it takes another 10 minutes to get to the apartment. But next to the Nordic Hotel there are also Pierre's apartments, but these are different apartments.

Good apartment with covered parking, comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need.

We stayed one night at the hotel, three friends. I must mention that the room was clean and tidy, nothing was missing at the kitchenette, dishes, stove, fridger, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, everything as was written in the booking. But a few things were not thoughtful. First of all, we were three friends and there were only two bath towels and two blankets. We got along, but in my opinion it should not have happened that it was ordered for three people. Secondly, after we took keys and the instructions from the mailbox, we could not find the entrance to block E for a long time, since the instructions were written only for the car . And we arrived on foot with our backpacks. After we circled around the streets for half an hour, we accidentally discovered that it was possible to get from block A to block E through the underground car parking and for this it was necessary to make several transitions in elevators. In my opinion, this is a whole quest to find apartments without a car.

Mattresses on beds are not the best if you have back problems.

The flat is amazing with views to the mountain and very spacious. There is free transport at the door step which took us to Grau Roig and back every day - 5 min away. Overall great place to stay for a great ski experience. Also, the building has a rental shop on the ground which was very handy.

Double bed is actually two children’s single mattresses. A lot of dust. And getting into the property is incredibly confusing. 200€ is also a horrendous price for a deposit.

Before checkout you're expected to do a lot yourself which you would normally expect a hotel to do for you: remove sheets from the bed, take out trash, etc. There's also a sign which says to reduce your water usage but that wasn't possible because the sink stopper doesn't actually stop the water.

Stuff doesn't speak english. They don't answer to e-mail mesages, to messages by booking, they ignore us. They didn't send instructions how to chekin. They contacted us by booking, but their phone number doesn't appear in Viber nor Whatsapp. We came beafore midnight, and there was noone to give us a keys. Everything was locked. I tried to make phone call, there was one woman speaking, who doesn't know english. She tried to explain me 10 minutes in spanish language (by the phone call in roming) how to find our room, and she didn't explained! She just repeated "sorry" "sorry" ! My phone call costs more than room! She didn't know my name, my room number, where I have to go, nothing! At least, she told me where are the keys, there was map with keys, and our room was in a bulding more than one kilometar far away from reception!
