I was really impressed with this lovely little gem of a hotel. Will difinitely return again. Staff where very good and nice. Reception went above and beyond. Would really recommend a ski stay here.

I would love if the gym had been opened.

Staff did they best, but the restaurant was almost always full and quite small, noisy, sometimes queues to get food. And also problem was a lot of British guests, which behaved quite brazenly, noisily, and as if they owned a place, they kids very are lowed, it made dinner experience quite stressfull and unpleasant, etc.

The breakfast was actually tasty, good! Good choice, not a big variety, but really good.

Noise from other guests despite signs asking for consideration …. which were ignored, particularly by the Essex parents taking their kids out of school.

It is advertised as a four star and does not meet this criteria. Having said that, it is value for money.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the resort was close to the slopes.

We have expected the hotel to have Spa facilities, but it appeared that there is only sauna that can be booked on specific days and at specific time only. Same applies to the massage. We've tried both options, both were good, but there is still room for improvement.

The room (the apartment) has practically everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was a big room and we had enough of place for everyone. The staff at the reception, at the restaurant, the housekeepers - everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you! We really enjoyed the buffet in the restaurant. We stayed 4 days and had half-board and every time there were plenty of new positions to chose from. We loved that there were also local dishes. We are especially grateful for the care and hospitality shown specifically to our child. He is a picky eater and still he always had something to pick from. We felt welcome in this hotel, we have the warmest memories of this stay.

I ordered a double room with a cot via booking.com. Guests that had booked through other sites got priority on their room choice, so we ended up in a twin room and they couldn’t provide a cot. Not ideal for a married couple with a toddler.

Kitchen did not have any dishes or pans. There was supposed to be a play room but we did not find it. Water is not drinkable from tap.

Rooms had also a kitchen and they were spacious. Location is great for exploring Comapedrosa hiking area. Bus leaves in the front of the hotel to Andorra La Vella. Half board was a very good option, there was good variety of food available. Staff was attentive. You can do laundry.

Room entrance doors could better insulate the noise from the corridors. Equipment a little bit outdated but still functional in its essence. Missed some vegetables for breakfast.

Very friendly staff, free parking in front of the hotel, breakfast was very good with variety to choose from. Rooms very spacious with separate room for toilet. Balcony with mountain view. Great value for money.

Room was very warm, a fan or air/con would've been nice.. Restaurant food tended to be just luke warm. Thin walls in room so noise from neighbouring rooms.

For climbing Como Pedrosa, this hotel is best. 100 meters walk to trail head. Park the car on arrival and leave it.

We stayed in an apartment with a small kitchen but there was no kitchen equipment, crockery or cutlery provided.

Amazing breakfast, comfortable room. Would be good to have a choice of pillows though e.g. 1 soft, 1 firm. Nice to have seating for two on sofa. So often hotels have only 1 chair to sit. Also great to have a bath.
