The coffee of the breakfast could be better.

The location is good for arriving at the main places of interest. The hotel is quiet despite it welcomes many groups. The hotel has its own parking, although in reduced space.

Parking it's a whole thing. There are many things to comment about this: They don't guarantee you a parking spot. They advice you that it's not recommended for big cars. Trust me, you can do it, I park there a Kia Sportage (2024) They didn't advice you that the ramp that you use to go down it's the same as other people need to use to go out again from the lower floors. So, if you are in the middle of your search and two or more cars are in the same task... good luck. Btw, I parked there a huge car, praying every move that I made? Yes, but we did it. So

We found an offer and I think it was a good value. Rooms are giant but a bit old. You are not going to a new hotel, it is more a classic one. If you are looking for a good option to spend few days, it's a perfect spot.

No resting area at the sauna and since the gym is right next to it, it can get very loud. Depending on where your room is, you have to go through the reception to take a different elevator top get to the gym, sauna and the pool. It's nothing really bad to do, but a bit irritating

Very friendly and helpful staff. A hiking trail started directly in front of the hotel. Beautiful view from the roof top (although not entirely accessibile at this time). Small but well-equipped gym

Once you see the pool, you do not wanna go inside... the water needs to be changed daily with this amount of kids and people. It seems like they keep adding chlorine instead of actually cleaning the pool, as the smell is horrible even before entering the pool area. There was no shampoo provided in the rooms.

The beds were very comfy and the room was spacious. Staff were helpfull and showed how to get around Andorra, the hotel was very close to everything and we liked the gym and sauna. Also the breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious. Nice view from the breakfast area.

Pool area was packed / not supervised and sauna not heated. Rooms were comfortable but quite a bit of noise from corridor and around.

Great location, comfortable and despite very busy large hotel staff did good job of keeping breakfast buffet stocked and tables cleared.

Spacious room, nice view. Hotel located at the end of the shopping center. Kinda long to walk tho. All restaurants end services at 3:30pm then, open at 8pm. Shops closed at 9pm.

The parking was very cramped, difficult to get in and out though help is offered. The tiniest car park i´ve ever been in!

The pool and sauna areas were smaller than we expected. The breakfast had a limited range of food, no vegetables at all.

The room service sometimes stops early. The line at the reception desk was long at both check in and check out.

The facilities of the hotel were nice, the gym, hot tub and pool. Room service was good, and the breakfast was the best part.

Room #904 was a large room, with a nice view and a fridge. Breakfast was good, including scrambled eggs and boiled pear. Staff was nice. Lobby was cool and there were a back exit into Carlemany street.

Very old rooms on floors from 1 to 5. You have to change the elevator to get to the Spa from this type of rooms.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was nice. Not so much to choose but with good quality of dishes. Dinner doesn't include any drink, even water. So you need to pay for drinks on dinner. Prices are really affordable.

The lunchtime food was not great in the restaurant. Its a buffet where you can eat as much as you want but the quality of the food wasn´t great.

The Hotel is nice, the pool and Jacuzzi is lovely and everywhere is very clean. It is very good value for money and not too out of the centre, you can walk there in 10 mins really.

It’s a large hotel with a coach party vibes staff very efficient ( with lots of practice) so breakfast a bit of a buffet scrum and average fare. Parking was very tight bd prepared

Pretty central, pool on top floor which I used alone and gym, which I didn’t, mini bar appreciated at reasonable prices, very tight parking under the building. Breakfast buffet plentiful but average on quality

Well kept hotel with friendly staff. Only stayed one night en route to Barcelona so didn't use the gym etc facilities but the restaurant had a good buffet selection for evening meal and breakfast. Secure parking under the hotel was useful as there's nowhere else that obvious to park. 7.50 euros per night for a motorbike not the cheapest in the world but when there's no other choice, it's going to happen. Rear view over the rooftops not the best but the nice hills in the background made up for that. Being fair, I was only sleeping there, not buying the place so it doesn't really matter.

16 Euros/day for parking in a very tight underground garage.

Larger than expected room. Excellent location. Good value. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel. We didn't use the swimming pool and the gym but they are on the top floor overlooking the city. The rooftop lounge area is an excellent spot to watch the sun disappear over Andorra Valle.
