You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandVery small room with an additional bed which we did not ask. This bed was a barrier to opening the balcony door, and we had to move it each time. The room was not in the hotel actually but in the connected apartment block. Thus, we shared the entrance from the corridor with another room, door to door, revealing soundproofing challenges. The internet access is free of charge but slow (on Speedtest 3/5 Mbts) which is not for remote work definitely. In the evening, all the parking lots were jam-packed, and we found paid parking (~8 Euro) in 5 min walk. The breakfast is okayish, it might be qualified as with not too much rich choice for refined travellers :)
The location is very convenient and easy to find. There is a garage (still a limited amount of lots).

PhilippinesThe rooms were kind of hot during the summer because there was no airconditioning. A fan would have been nice to circulate the air and cool down the room in place of an aircon. That's the only down side to our stay at Montecarlo.
Breakfast was good and supply of food did not run out. The staff cleared and made the tables ready right away for other guest/s to use. Time though was just from 8 to 10 am only and everybody had to leave the dinning hall by 10 am.

Very well placed if you going for skiing holidays. Andorra la Vella only 9 min drive. Staff super helpful and avaliable at all times, food fresh and tasty. Rooms clean, beds comfortable enough to have a good night sleep after all day of skiing, , extra pillows in the wardrobe 😉

FranceThe cleanliness of the room was not the best, as there were some hairs here and there on the bathroom floor. The parking is too small for the number of guests/rooms booked.It's a little bit awkward to say that you have enough parking spots but in the end to ask guests to park on the streets and pay extra, maybe a parking reservation system should be put in place. Bad insonorisation, you can hear barely everything through the walls.
Good quality for the money spent. Good for a short stay when in transit in Andorra. I could see the staff struggle to keep everything at a high quality with the existent means. Many thanks to the Portuguese guy from the reception for his willingness to help us with the packing spot on the midnightvof 26th of June. PS: we love Portugal too, been visited it last year in September and wish to come back-good wine, nice people and delicious food and Fado music 😉.

So friendly & helpful. Nice, clean room, safe underground parking at location. We arrived an hour early and intended to go for a walk until we could check in. The manager said our room was ready so we could go straight to the room (which was clean, quiet & spacious). Breakfast was included but was from 8-10am and we needed to leave at 6:30am. Again, no problem. The manager said he’d get the night Porter to sort us some breakfast. We were grateful & expected a take away type affair but were amazed to find the whole buffet breakfast choice laid out for us!! It was really tasty too. To say we felt valued was an understatement. I’m just sorry we couldn’t stay longer but will bring the whole family next time for a longer stay. Thank you so much!
