Services like using the pool should be free for hotel quests as the hotel room and meals are precisely.

Nice and comfortabel hotel at the edge of the big shopping street in the city center. Also a 5 minute walk to the excellent caldea spa. The room was perfect all was the bathroom was a little bit outdated by everything was there. The facilities offert by the hotel are perfect but a little bit pricey. The snacks and drinks that you can order in the lobby are delicious and freshly made. And definitely threat yourself to a meal and cocktail on the rooftop bar as this will surely be the best 360 panorama view you gonna get the mountain range around Andorra city. Breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Private parking is available.

I thought breakfast was a bit mediocre. Nothing bad, but selection was limited, for example, only a few pre-packaged yogurts, and I would have enjoyed some different cereal selections.

The staff was incredibly polite, and helpful and helped me secure parking for my motorcycle. Helped me stay in the same room when I decided to stay an extra night. I love the rooftop bar / casual dining experience.

Room looking at the back side of the hotel with very small, narrow window with no direct sun light along the whole day - as result room was always in the dark and lamp lights necessary to be switched on all the time. Guess it would be different for the hotel front side where windows seem to be with normal sizes. Hotel garage providing place only on availability, even if explicitly mentioned in the reservation, and very costly - 26 eur per night. Parking itself is rather narrow and, when busy, very difficult to maneuver a bigger car.

Very nice location, 2 minutes away from the main walking street and 10 minutes walking from Caldea wellness center. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, providing sufficient place to accommodate even for longer stays (we were there for almost a week). Rooms were clean and aired, providing nice freshness in hot summer days (we were there in mid June with outside temperature of above 30 degrees). Bathroom was spacious, equipped with comfortable bathtub and with all necessary items that were duly replenished by personnel when needed. Overall, a positive opinion, will consider repeating again.

While the room is very nice the windows need to be replaced. There is little isolation and there is basically no sound proofness. You can hear all the street life Breakfast is a bit strange, as everything will be brought to your table (no self service whatsoever) - that can be nice, here, it feels like cantina level products (one slice of toast but two mini donuts, two croissant, but one choco croissant) ... you can order additional items but the two we chose were both so so ... Service could be a bit more attentive too. Overall probably not the best element of our stay here.

The room floor and surfaces seemed old and used with traces on the floor and some marks on the couch, etc. Breakfast was disappointing and staff could be nicer, and more eager to help, especially for this price range.

We booked a half-board, the breakfast was every day the same, there were no menu, just a continental breakfast, no variation. Dinners were good cooked and tasty. But the menu was very short without any change during the whole week. At the same time I mentioned some people who've got another dishes, which were not in the menu at all. Have no idea how it worked. An unpleasant person in the restaurant called Laura, neither friendly no polite. The personnel speak english only at the reception. But it has become an overall trend in Andorra, that people don't want speak other languages. The cattle in the room would have been nice.

A very nice hotel, free shuttle to the slopes, sauna. The rooms are spacious and warm. Personnel are nice and helpful. Close to Caldea and shopping street.

Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Some could be more friendlier. Some appeared to be in a bit of a mood which put a dampner on our experience.

No elevator to take your luggage from the car to the hotel. We had to climb stairs, carrying our luggage up to reception. Do not recommend for anyone with disabilities or anyone who is not strong enough to go up a flight of stairs with all their luggage. No one to help either.

The room was very clean but small . Good tv and internet servicce. Bathroom very clean and adequate.
