A great family hotel in a great location. The room with a balcony view was excellent. The meals in the hotel were very good indeed. The dinner menus were quite varied and of excellent quality. Breakfast was brilliant.......lots of choice. We stayed for 7 nights initially and liked it so much that we returned a week later to stay in the resort for 3 more nights. The staff were exceptional.......a great stay Thank you

Some parts look a bit old fashioned but nothing that affected our stay.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and overall the stay was great. Pretty good breakfast, easy to park outside the property and you are 5 mins walk from the ski lift and 8 mins walk from the gondola. The hotel even provides you with lockers to leave your ski equipment over night. We really enjoyed our stay.

- Amazing Breakfast - 2 min walk from the El Tarter Ski Lift - My room had a river flowing behind the balcony, which made it very pleasant to relax - The staff is very cooperative - Easy check-in and checkout

If you arrive by car to this hotel and get your car parked in front of the hotel you are lucky. The parking space could be larger.

The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely great, nothing to complain about. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Room decor a touch dated but didn't matter too much as cleanliness and access to ski lift was great and more of a priority.

clean, good breakfast, very kind staff, allowed us to park our motorcycles for free during the night. offered us a free bottle of water so really nice staff. river flows just beneath the hotel. nice sound of water

The vegan meal at dinner contained a generous helping of goats cheese!

The hotel was spacious, very clean and the room had a balcony with mountain views. All if the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The bar was cosy and the choice and quality at breakfast was exceptional.

The only negative thing was the quality of the mich too soft matresses.

Beautiful hotel with super friendly owners and staff. Great breakfast and a nice little bar for the evening. We didn‘t try the restaurant though, but it was very busy every evening, so I guess it is as nice as everything there.

The beds were a bit hard and the pillows strange.

The hotel is very close to the ski area. Nice room with a balcony facing the mountain. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Very helpful staff. They helped us get ski passes and we could store our bags for an entire day.

location to ski lifts was a really short walk absolutely no issue for anyone who wants to be near a lift, spacious room lockers for skis and a brilliant choice of everything you can think of for breakfast. due to our flight time we couldn’t make breakfast on the morning of the flight, so they went out of their way to fill a bag full of breakfast bars donuts crisps and freshly made sandwiches for the flight 10/10 for service would highly recommend

The hotel was fantastic very accommodating we changed our booking from the Sunday to the Friday night. Booking .com failed big time saying that the booking could not be changed we went anyway and the hotel were great they had changed the booking that morning

Rooms look and feel a tad older. On-site parking is limited.

Cosy rooms with decent amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and restauration options very recommendable. Quiet nights, good sleep.

Evening meals a little disappointing.

Excellent location for walking in the mountains. Family run and more intimate than larger hotels. Good breakfasts
