We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

If you take the bus from Barcelona it is very convenient and close to where the bus stop is. Breakfast had lots of options.

United StatesCleanliness was a real issue in the rooms, and value for money was poor. Parking was a bit of a hassle, easy to find but the parking meter had to be periodically checked and paid (coins only!).
The breakfast buffet was very good, the staff was friendly, and the location of the hotel is very convenient.

United KingdomThe bed had many old bloody bed bug stains on the mattress, I would have thought the cleaning staff would do something about that. The ensuite didn't have a vent so the build up of moisture made the room feel very stuffy, especially after 3 people in a row would shower. I'm guessing because of the lack of vents, there was a bit of mould in our en suite which made the stay feel a bit dicey. The radiator was broken too. We couldn't turn it down so the room felt very hot. We have had to keep the window open at all times due to the moisture and the temperature of the room. Felt like this was waste of energy :(. Although the food was delicious, the temperature of the food was not great. Unless you came for dinner immediately as it opened, you won't be guaranteed a hot meal as the warmers aren't powerful enough (that is if there are any!). We were a bit confused to why during breakfast we could get any beverage we wanted whilst during dinner, we weren't even allowed to ask for tap water unless we paid? I'm guessing there was a bit of a translation issue but nonetheless, it's odd how even though we have paid half board, we couldnt even get water for the table unlike we did for every single breakfast.
Loved the cheap bar, comfy sofas and the music. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner included with our stay. The buffet had so much choice and it was delicious, both during breakfast and dinner. Felt really home made! Absolutely loved the fresh orange juice press, perfect to fill up a bottle and take on the slopes with you. The bedrooms were of good size and I was pleased that we had a really high pressure shower. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The storage lockers were ideal for our skiing equipment.

FranceOur room was close to the lift, which was advantageous for installing and removing our belongings but it was noisy when in use.
Family room which was extremely spacious. The twin bed area was separated from the double bed by the bathroom . A good range of food on offer for the breakfast. The hotel is located at the bottom of the village but not too far to walk to the ski area. We used the lockers located at Ski 83 on the slopes.
