The staff were very professional and pleasant. I needed several lengthy documents printed and they printed them for me in a helpful way. This hotel offered a spacious family room for three people at a great value. The location is central to the Ciry and has a very nice spa.

Everything was great. Best part of the experience was the incredible staff. We arrived way late, tired and hungry. The front desk workers convinced the restaurant to stay open and give us dinner, then helped with getting our room promptly and helping us park the car. Above and beyond service.

Breakfast and overall availability for the items at the cafeteria wasn't really good as the other things we enjoyed about our stay like the room, facilities and staff.

No control over room temperature was very annoying. We received unpleasant periodic food smells through our room ventilation system. Breakfast was mediocre in quality and was very busy at times.

Large room with comfortable bed and ok breakfast. Hotel was well located near shopping, restaurants, and tourist sites. The room was mostly very quiet except for a few nights of partiers outside our window. Paid parking was very convenient in the hotel basement with a discount provided by the hotel but only a limited number of spaces available.

Some tired spots in he room - crack in tub. NO coffee in the room!!!! Tea only in rooms - not acceptable us coffee drinkers needing morning caffeine rush. Even if instant please add to rooms

We had the most wonderful experience here! The workers at both check-in and check-out were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was lovely, spacious, and clean with a beautiful view. We relaxed in the Aquarella spa and enjoyed both saunas, as well as the jacuzzi. We ate at both restaurants and the food was incredible! At dinner, we ordered the traditional Crepes Suzette for dessert and they made it in front of us with flambéed Grand Marnier. Certainly a highlight! We opted in for breakfast when we reserved and it did not disappoint. There were so many options and everything was fresh. Overall such a positive and memorable stay :)

Breakfast was for meat eaters. All of the meats were either bacon or carcinogenic cold cuts. Eggs tasted like they were powdered. I ate out because the selection was poor for someone who wants to show some sense in what they put into their bodies.

They are doing a lot right: really hot water immediately the tap is turned on (and it seems to last and at any time of the day); heat. They have individual thermostats that were still on...it snowed. And the only hotel I've been in in 83 countries which had the magnifying mirror at a height a woman could use...with a vanity stool to assist. My compliments.

Breakfast not included, but not very expensive either. However, despite having a lot of options, the food does not taste good. Paid parking. You can hear a lot of noise from other rooms.

Breakfasts were lacking greens and vegetables and were the same every day. After a 7 night stay you will get bored of them. The bathroom was clogged when we arrived and overall felt a bit worn out. The rest of the room amenities were probably freshly renovated.

The location was great - downtown Andorra la Vella but in a quiet corner facing the park so it was quiet at nights. The twin room was very spacious, plenty of space for 2 people and a dog. The hotel is pups friendly and has a 3rd party managed garage right below.

Clean, confortable room with a large bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lots of food options. Friendly and helpful staff. Forgot his name but the spanish guy from Malaga, recommended places to visit in Andorra and Spain. On-site parking.

We went for a snowboarding trip to Granvalira and stayed in the Acta Arthotel. Everything was perfect - rooms were really spaceous. We had two baby strollers and snowboard equipment so, it was good to fit it all and have pleanty of space left. There is a big childrens playground next to the hotel. Staff was always helpful and very friendly. Restaurant organized football nights, made good coctails and delicious steak. Breakfast was pleantyful with good omelet option and fresh crossaints. For snowboarding and skiing there is bus stops in front of the hotel, so it was convinient to take a 30 minute ride to the ski resorts.
