Unfortunately it was not the apartments fault but above us was a family who let there child walk around with furniture, it was very noisy first thing in the morning and also in the evening.

The man who met us on the reception was excellent, just very friendly and helpful. Parking was under property in a garage again the man on the reception came out and helped us. The only downside to parking is you have to pay for it on arrival. The apartment was fresh, modern and clean. I loved the look and feel of the apartment.

The apartment had everything you could possibly need, it was clean, modern and well thought out. Shower was amazing as was the bed, Black out blinds and so quiet for a good nights sleep. The Wi-Fi worked great and the parking was convenient. We stayed with my dog and they had provided dog bowls which was a lovely touch!

I think it was one of my best stay/experience in an apartment hotel so far! Personal was kind and helpful, the apartment was clean and equipped very well. Bed was comfortable! It’s not so far located from the center! To be honest I definitely recommend you this place to stay 🙌

I would consider to equipping the room with wine glasses, it's deffinitelly not an issue, but would be nice to have them as a standard equipement.

Everything was really great, standard, apartment location, Eva's help and availability in case of any questions, all of these points as well as many other made our stay very nice. Definitelly we would like to stay in Conseller Aparthotel again.

Lack of air-conditioning means it is not possible to enjoy a consistent temperature. We were there in late September with night temperatures of 10-12 C and day temperatures of 22-26 C. We slept with the window open which was pleasant in the first half of the night but got a bit cold by the morning. The sun rise was around 8am and we had our alarm set for 8am so the fact that we had to keep the shutter up to let the air in was not a problem but if we had been there in the summer we would have had to make a choice of bad sleep due to high room temperature or early weaking due to open window and shutters.

Location: Few minutes’ walk to town, bars, restaurants, café, bakery, shopping… Partial mountain view that is nice. (Partially to a block of flats that is opposite this block). The river, that runs through the city, passes just outside the property and one can listen to the water rushing through the boulders. This is something we personal enjoyed listening to. (Note, as there is no aircon, you will be ‘forced’ to keep the window open at night and will have to listen to the sound of the water.) Parking: For a surcharge there is garage one can use but there is free motorbike parking right outside the property too.

I liked a lot to be in the border top of Les Escaldes. I also got awesome about the designe of the building. That was one of the stronger things why I decided to book here. Also a very good forniture.

Beautiful apartment, even much nicer than on the pictures. Perfect location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean and modern apartment(as new), nice space, super comfortable bed, nice balcony, friendly staff, and good price. One of the best stays of our holiday, would highly recommend and will definitely return.

You have to be aware that the apartments are situâted on a main road and the river opposite makes quite a noise (but is nice to watch from the balcony). The road works outside were a bit disturbing but the apartments had apologised in advance and the double glazing was very effective.

Parking underneath the apartments with a lift up to all floors. Small balcony to sit out on with a nice view. Within walking distance of the town centre (although uphill on the way back!) Very helpful and pleasant personnel.

The location is great, 15-20 min on foot to downtown Andorra la Vella. The covered garage is just downstairs - just be attentive to traffic as you back out. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided valuable tips. They even prepared a protective sofa blanket and food+water bowls for our dog! Our room with terrace was overlooking the river - which provides a soothing background noise (not at all audible if you're so inclined, thanks to the good soundproof double glazed windows).

The apartment was very cold. I was there in May and while I turned thermostat to heat the apartment, it didn't do anything. TV is not connected to internet so you cannot log in to your Netflix account. TV is also small and badly located, so you can't really see anything on it.

The apartment is newly renovated, has amazing view and is close to city center. Bathroom is nice.

The apartment is around 10 minutes away from the city, which makes it quiet. We could book a garage which was extremely helpful as parking is not very easy in that area. The staff qas very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars and shopping places.

These apartments are way better than they look in the photos. They’re brand new and super modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay and are perfectly located just a short walk away from the center of the city. Highly recommend!!

location was excellent! Short drive to the center of town,all roads connect easily and without any traffic.Parking is available right under your apartment,so you just drive into the covered garage.The apartments are super new and very modern,clean and very comfortable just like home. The view of the mountains and the river was really nice to look at from our large glass balcony. Amazing internet connection which never failed once,its the first ever place ive stayed in which has such a strong connection.Paradise for anyone with laptops or mobiles! The location is excellent very quiet no noise at all ,great for relaxing after a full day of ski on the slopes. The staff are super nice and polite,and available at anytime.They are always ready to help you and give advice,and you dont have to ask. Everything I´ve written below is more of a tip than a negative point (just things we learned during our stay). Views: The views were ok - bright but not spectacular. The valley view you see on Booking.com images is mostly blocked by taller buildings. If you really want a view (it didnt matter to us as it was mostly dark when we were using the flat) the views are probably better from floors 3 or 4 (we were on 2). Amenities: There was soap/shower gel in the bathroom but the kitchen had nothing but two coffee capsules. Salt and pepper and a small bottle of olive oil would have been very helpful as the walk back towards town when we realised we needed these to cook is a bit steep and cold at night. The walk to the top of the main part of town is only about 8mins though... not far, just annoying if you´ve forgotten something like salt! Parking: All the garage spaces were full when we arrive and they are given on a first come, first served basis. This was a shame as it was extremely cold and we were concerned about leaving our car outside overnight. The nice lady in reception gave us a tip that all blue road parking (1min drive back up the hill) just requires you to put a couple of euros in the machine and you can park all day/night (so DONT pay the full 1.50 euros per hour it says on the machine!). We checked all the local cars on the street and everyone had done the same.

The apartment we had was in the new building and was beautifully designed, modern and spacious. We only stayed 1 night but you could live there - so much integrated storage (architecturally designed into the walls), a cute little kitchen, huge bed, massive shower and a lovely little balcony with table and chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped - lots of pots and pans, bottle openers, chopping board etc - you don´t need to bring anything. The soundproofing was incredible considering we overlooked a well used road. The Wifi is VERY fast - we needed to do a bit of work and could download some very big files. Really comfortable.
