There was a feeling that the place needed a clean. Not just the flat but as soon as you walked in the building. As for the flat there was a strange smell coming out of the shower which was not pleasant at all. There was quite a big stain on the couch. Great TV but if you are English speaking no choice at all and no ability to change audio. You can watch the news though.

Great location, quite a few restaurants walking distance. The lady on reception was really great, very friendly and helpful. Studio flat had all the necessary crockery, cutlery etc. Comfy bed.

Very complicated with the reservation, a lot of details, forms to fill out, pictures of your ID.

The appartement is extremely clean, comfortable, cosy and with a good location. Well equipped.

Difficult to contact reception on arrival and on leaving. The room size was perfect for 2 people but could be a little small for 4.

The apartment was clean with a nice view over the mountains. It is well situated for the car park at the start of the walk to Coma Pedrosa.

People travelling with dogs let them pee near the hotel entrance, the smell is not really cool. The towels' cleanness could be improved. We also had an unpleasant experience with the washing machine in the room (it wasn't functioning properly, as a result some clothes got damaged). But otherwise, the experience was rather good.

Good price/quality ratio, nice location, you have everything you need in the room. Nice kitchenette. The view on the mountains and a little waterfall was great.

Very helpful person on reception. Easy access to ski lift, takes some time(5-10min), but using elevator it's not a problem. In apartment I found everything I need for comfort stay) The room is fully equipped with electrical appliances. Coffee machine Krups so you drink your favorite coffee (Nespresso capsules)

The location was good, close to the gondola and to the various restaurants and bars in the town but slightly removed which meant it was quieter. Ana on reception is very pleasant and helpful and speaks excellent English. She met us on arrival and took the time to explain details of parking and access and gave us the keys to the apartment. Reception was open long hours for any other help and advice. The apartment was a good size for 2 people, very clean, good heating, comfortable bed and a nice hot shower at the end of the day.

Payment Process: Payments and the €150 deposit are handled on their website, not via Booking.com, which can be inconvenient for first-time users. Booking.com does not take responsibility for these transactions, adding to the discomfort. They asked me to call a few days before arrival to confirm a parking space but then sent a message to check-in online instead. There should be an option to request parking during online check-in to avoid unnecessary calls. The online check-in process was frustrating and required multiple attempts. Additionally, first-time users might find it uncomfortable to upload documents online on their website. Accessing the parking was problematic. We needed a key from the administrator, but this wasn't communicated, causing confusion and inconvenience. Additionally, the parking space numbers were unclear, and our assigned spot was occupied. The administrator's response was unhelpful, suggesting we try random spaces, which could belong to someone else. And when we asked about the numbers and which one is the right one so the administrator just answered that she didn't know and didn't do anything to find out that info and that was weird. There was no electricity in the apartment when we arrived. The administrator was distracted and unresponsive, requiring us to repeat ourselves multiple times. It might have been off-season with only one busy employee, but this should not affect the guest experience. The kitchen lacked basic cleaning supplies like sponges and detergent. The apartment's cleanliness was also lacking a bit, with a dirty floor in the corners, an unclean and broken toilet seat depsite there was a hygiene sticker on it, and a stained sofa.

My low rating primarily stems from the poor communication. While the apartment was generally comfortable and well-equipped, the overall experience was negatively affected by several issues. The apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and good heating system. The view from the apartment was amazing. While the apartment itself was comfortable, the poor communication, parking issues, lack of cleaning supplies, and cleanliness problems significantly detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the stay for future guests.

After talking with other people staying here, they do their best to keep your deposit so they make excuses to keep it. No English spoken at the reception desk which made it difficult.

Amazing view of the apartment

Firstly, once we moved in, the apartment was really dirty and dusty. The floors had hair and dust on them and all shelves and tables were also dusty. We also had to wrap our pillows in the sheets, as your hotel didn’t have pillowcases. We were promised that someone would bring the pillowcases the next day, but it didn’t happen, even when we asked for it in the evening. Secondly, we had 3 radiators in the room that didn’t work, and it was constantly cold inside, as the windows are not insulated. Thirdly, the smell in the bathroom was horrendous, just like it smells in the public bathrooms. We had to always keep the doors shut, so that the smell didn’t spread through the whole place. And the sink and shower in the bathroom were blocked, and the water didn’t go down the drains. Staff couldn’t accommodate us with a different room for both nights, so we were forced to live in a horrible apartment. When we asked the staff to urgently contact their boss for the decision on our situation, they said they emailed the manager on the night of 26th but the manager only replied to them in the morning of the 28th of December not having any of our problems solved and without any proper answer. The staff and the manager couldn’t do anything about our situation and couldn’t even accommodate us with a bathroom air freshener spray, so we were left to suffer.
