We felt like a king and his queen. The location (just at the gates of the old town), how the place is decorated, the kindness of the staff, the delicious food at the restaurant… all our expectations were exceeded. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay any longer.

They were flexible to change our rooms because we wanted to look toward the lake. We had no view to the lake (no such room I was told) but still we had amazing view. And we also had late check out. The spa is beautiful! Enough beds, the water elements work frequently. We could use also the spa center of the next hotel which is much bigger but much crowder and not so cosy. Breakfast was vast and good!

Very nice, elegant hotel. The room is big, cozy, and decorated with style. The bathroom is big enough, with a big enough shower cabin. Everything is spotlessly clean. The SPA is not so big, but very nice with two pools (jacuzzi) and a sauna. Just as it is needed for relaxing after a busy day. There are enough parking places. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant, and Romanian wine completed the whole enjoyable experience. Last, but not least, the lady at the reception was great, polite and helpful. Overall, 10 points experience.
