Outstanding property from the location to the cleanliness, thoughtfulness of items such as beach towels to take to the thermal springs, robes, heated floors, washer dryer, beautiful clean dishes, everything was PERFECT. I am in the travel industry and extremely particular. This rental was exquisite and. clean. Owner very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend others to stay here if in Hamner Springs.

I liked the property a lot. The rooms were very comfortable, good size with a nice park view. The breakfast was good and the staffs were so pleasant and friendly especially Cam, Lucricia and Diego at the front desk and Marv and Milko at the breakfast room. Amazing service from all of them. The breakfast was served just perfect.

Location is secluded. Unit is split level upstairs - neighbors share a carport. Gorgeous views. Love the large balcony deck - would love an umbrella. Kitchen was big, well-supplied and convenient to use. Bathroom is on the smaller side but no issues. Furniture and fixtures are older but functional. Hands down, the gorgeous view is the winner

Everything. The property is clean with detail to everything. There is a nepresso machine in the room, water. The room is large, light and airy. The light switches were placed in the perfect place and east to use as was the shower. Very well designed and functional.

What an exceptionally lovely spot, we felt instantly welcomed by Steve and Michelle. The Villa itself is impressive both in its grandeur and the intimacy of the rooms. The fixtures are all updated and the water pressure absolutely perfect while preserving the era of the building. We heard not a sound from any of the other residents at all. Breakfast was a communal event with an opportunity to chat with other travellers from many points in the world. The Classic Villa is also on the tram route which is incredibly convenient. We would happily return should we visit Christchurch again.
