The best staff in the world, attentive and kind but also self confident and funny. They made our stay amazing and made us feel at home. Very professional and genuine people. Keep it up!!! Fantastic local breakfasts served fresh to the table! The location is perfect, it’s walking distance to anything in Georgetown. The room was spotless clean, free unlimited water and little snacks is a nice touch. The hotel is small and very nicely decorated.

For example, Nardya, the owner, took lots of time sitting with me to help me plan my excursions around Penang. *The hotel has been restored magnificently. My room was a beautiful vintage restoration, yet contained all the needed modern amenities. *Breakfast was super with lots of choices. And the hotel's Italian restaurant was outstanding and authentic, well worth visiting for a meal. *They even furnish your mini-fridge with pitchers of cold water and homemade ice tea and a small pitcher of milk for your tea if you desire it. I also enjoyed the little piece of homemade cake they bring you each afternoon for a snack. *Excellent central location in Georgetown. *One of the most pleasant hotel experiences I've enjoyed in a long time. Highly recommended.
