I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff at the hotel for making my stay truly enjoyable. Everything exceeded my expectations; the staff was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were not only very clean but also spacious, contributing to a perfect experience. Moreover, I was captivated by the breathtaking views from my room of both the tea plantations and nearby waterfalls.

Our stay at the panoramic Gateway was amazing. Everyone was very friendly, the location has a very beautifull panorama! The room was big and clean... Everything was perfect! I recommend this hotel to everone, who wants to visit Munnar.

We wanted a little time for ourselves during our holiday and it was well catered for. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The manager did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. We definitely look forward to staying there in the future.
