Starting from Tzoula from Reservations who immensely helped with everything, once we arrived, the reception and Concierge team were exceptional. Everything about the hotel was top notch. Every single team member from the front of house team was so professional, friendly and warm and they knew their job so well. The staff during breakfast were so helpful and friendly. Honestly, what an experience. It's the place but also the people who make the place. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience.

We loved our stay here. The pool and restaurant area is amazing (best view ever)! The food as both breakfast and dinner were easy but well/ fresh made. The villa was for sure renewed as it was incredible and not at all as the comments. It was really nice experience staying to such a well preserved place. We had a great time and we had a concierge person 24/7 who guided us to every little thing we wanted. We had all our expectations met and had all of requests fulfilled. Totally recommend it!!

Beautiful villa complex . Our villa had 4 rooms of varying sizes. Everything is kept VERY clean with daily cleaning service. The gardens are well-manicured and the outdoor seating options are comfortable and plentiful. . Our group hired a private chef recommended from the management team that was fantastic. Each villa has kitchen space and a dining table. Chris, our manager on duty and the staff saw to every need. They are pleasant and helpful. Laundry service is done off site, but returns in about 24 hours. My items were cleaned well and nicely folded.
