Awesome new villa! Location is quiet but there is literally everything you need nearby (super market, Gas station, coffee spots, bakery, a couple great seaside restaurants for fresh fish, a couple great restaurants for meat, a few great beaches -the closest and best, in my opinion, being Psarou Beach). The Villa is very spacious and modern, very large garden for children to play in the afternoon, easy spacious parking.

The location of the villa is amazing with an incredible view. The host waited for us with open arms and he is an amazing person, during our vacation, he made sure we don't miss anything and answered all of our questions. We were expecting to be handed keys and left to ourselves. But to our surprise we received better than 5 star service the entire stay. Leo was a message away for advice, transport, and anything else you might want 24/7. I've stayed in some nice places but the villa and the personal service actually blew us away. Will be back 100%!

The property was clean, homely, very well furnished and Leo went above and beyond to make us feel very welcomed. He provided us a lovely welcome dinner the first evening and helped us to book various activities for the duration of our visit.

The house is in a nice and quite location, with nice views over the distant sea. Its actually not a separate villa, but one big villa with two sides that are rented out. Each side has their own pool and facilities. The owner resides the middle of the two houses. The facilities are nice. The host is very friendly.

It's a haven of peace and beauty. The wonderful garden full of trees and flowers down to the private beach is a dream, all is new in the perfectly fitted studio and even the crockery is lovely. Sitting outside (.no plastic but elegant Tek furniture ) at sunset in total peace is just unique. Thomas and Anna ( flowers on the table , water and beer in the fridge at arrival) are the most adorable people, they will make, you feel like family.

The place was absolutely amazing , me and my 4 friends had the best time. The owner Nicholas cant have enough good things said about him. He went above and beyond what he needed to for us and we are so grateful for making our experience even better than it would be have been. Would highly recommend to anybody. Great place with sea view and very beautiful porch. We are a family with a small kid and it was very good for us that there was a lot of space for playing. Katia was helpful and answered to all questions that we had. Highly recommended!
