The best hotel in Sapa. Very clean, the bedrooms really big with amazing view and the beds very comfortable. Thousands of choices for the delicious breakfast. The staff really polite and helpful. The view on top with the pool just insane. If you plan to stay in Sapa, Pistachio is the best place for you! Thanks for all!

Thanks for the room upgraded and early check in. We really appreciated. The room was very spacious and nice! We love the bathroom as well ! We love the heated pool the most !!! The breakfast was good and the dining area very beautiful with a good view at the outside.

The room was nice and clean, big bathroom with a great shower. Big bed and great service of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Well I am not sure where to start...this was the most luxurious resort we have ever been to and with the best mountain views including Vietnam's highest mountain Fansipan. The resort is brand new, opened last year and all the amenities are in pristine condition including the jacoozi, Himalayan salt sauna, gym, infinity pool, etc. We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and baby. The food was delicious, being vegetarian, there were ample options in the buffet breakfast and also for lunch and dinner. The hotel manager John is amazing along with all the hotel staff. They gave so much love to the baby and went beyond to make our stay wonderful. Really enjoyed the amenities specially the Jacuzzi and the infinity pool. The resort location is the best with cable car station for Vietnam's highest mountain just outside the resort. And also to visit the glass bridge, heavens gate, waterfalls, etc. This was the best decision especially considering the price we paid for such luxury. Would highly recommend their mountain view room with balcony! Thank you everyone for an amazing experience! Will definitely visit again.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and considerate (Thanks to Autumn and the other lady at the reception). Great service. Clean comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Perfect location for Sapa. Fantastic value for money.

Exceptional stay at Hotel de la Coupole! The design is so elegant and luxurious! The attentive staff made sure that every detail was perfect. Breathtaking mountain views from the luxurious room, delicious breakfast and dinner. I want to mention that Mo and Thuy were excellent massage therapists! The temperature of the pool is regulated for the cold weather! Prime location for exploring Sapa. Highly recommend this 5-star hotel!!

Mr Kim was so very helpful and gave us sightseeing advice. The breakfast was very good and all staff were pleasant and helpful. We would definately recommend this as a place to stay. The guide that was organized for our trek was great and everything ran like clockwork even our shuttle to the train station.
