From the moment I arrived I felt so welcomed by the friendly staff even though it was almost 2am. they checked me in swiftly and then helped me to my room with my luggage room was spacious clean and functional. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom exceeded my expectations. Breakfast on the top floor exceeded my expectations. The staff super friendly and cooked perfect eggs to order as well as an assortment of hot food both western and Asian. The hotel is excellently located in the centre of Hanoi super easy to get to the old Quarter and the lake. My room was kept immaculately clean throughout the stay, and upon check out the staff were very friendly and helped me make sure my taxi was taking me to the place. - Delicious breakfasts. - The receptionist was very hospitable. - There were a lot of big mirror in the room. - The room was well air-conditioned and calm (I haven’t heard any neighbours, except 2 cases when they were passing by my door, discussing something and going to the elevator). - The bed had 4 pillows, which was nice as I like to be surrounded by them and hug them while sleeping. - The hotel had corkscrew at the reception when I needed it:)
