Nice city.
Nice city. Comparing to Samarkand Bukhara is smaller and main sightseeing spot are concentrated in the old city center so it's easy to see everything in 1-2 days. I would recommend to hire local guide and just relax walking via old Bukhara streets.

It was a unique experience & was like to set foot into the history of Central Asia. Several centuries of South Asia’s history starts from Bukhara, Samarkand & Tashkent. So, obviously this trip into the past was very exciting! Every building, monument in the city reminded us of their past glory & the great Mughals! From Chengis Khan, to Amir Taimur, Iban Batuta et all had set foot on this holy land. The city should get more prominence amongst the historians & tourists alike! Being nearest to India with 1.4 billion population & it’s really cheap value for money accommodation & delicious food will attract hoards of visitors. But before that more flight options & more English speaking young Uzbeks are the real necessity! We would love to travel many more times in the future. Long live Uzbeks! Long live Uzbekistan!

The old city is fabulous despite a lot of straight face tourists and despite the Coca Pepsi everywhere. Uzbekistan make a very bad deal with the capitalists. Most of the cars are Chevrolet. North American are changing the habits of the Uzbeks as well o many countries around the world. Yankees go home. Yankees go to hell

This is the most historically-focused town in Uzbekistan I have seen so far. The historical center is small, everything is in the neighborhood and very picturesque. Friendly locals, a lot to see and enjoy. Highly recommended!
Perfect location to explore the famous local attractions with lots of best restaurants around the hotel. The old town and famous landmarks and tourist attractions are roughly 5-10mins walk from the hotel. The best part is IT’S SAFE to walk around even at midnight. The hotel is charming and clean. The staffs are friendly, can speak english, quick response to any queries (before and during our stay) and very accommodating to our requests (i.e. extension of stay, short notice for our booking, etc). Best value for money.
The apartment is very nice and very modern furnished with oriental tatch. Very appropriate for Uzbekistan and Bukhara. The location is also very good, not far from the old town, you have all the shops and restaurants downstairs practically in the courtyard. The host is very friendly and helpful, always asked us if we needed anything and if everything was fine for us. Super apartment fully equipped with everything you need. We liked it very much. Only to recommend. Thank you host
Very nice hotel, so cozy and compact, everything is very clean and everything is tasteful. The photos match, a very intelligent administrator, he helped in everything and it was a pleasure to communicate with him. if we go to Bukhara again, we will definitely stop there. the hotel is right in the center, went out and immediately got to the sights, cafes, etc. in Bukhara, by the way, breakfast is the tastiest and cheaper (were also in Samarkand, Khiva and Tashkent).
The hotel is a very nice building of late XIX century with beautiful decorations.
Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean and the staff comes every day to clean the room and replace the dirty towels (which doesn't always happen in Uzbekistan).
Delicious buffet breakfast served at the restaurant with a great variety of food.
The position of the hotel is excellent too, just few minutes walking distance from the wonderful historical centre of Bukhara.
EVERYTHING!
The room just stunning, Uzbek’s style but with all the comfort.
the staff very nice and helpful for everything, they helped us a lot with different stuff.
We also enjoyed the city tour with the guide.
last morning we had to live really early and they prepared a take away breakfast for us.
we booked another room for the last night and they allow us to leave the luggage at the hotel for a couple oof days.
Best place where I slept in Uzbekistan .
The location is very good, within walking distance of the major attractions in Bukhara and just across from a major restaurant. The hotel was a great value. It was very clean and in the traditional style. It's run by the hotel's namesake who maintains a high standard of service and facilitated many things from transport to tours, advice, purchases etc... Breakfast was ample and with good variety.
You know the feeling of emptiness after ending long, great holidays? I came to Bukhara Friday evening and have to leave Sunday morning, and I still have almost 3 months of my journey through Uzbekistan. Despite that, it was enough to feel really sad after leaving, because the climate of the ART Guest House and the hosting family is absolutely exceptional and I miss them sooo much :)
The staff were superb, it’s the best service I’ve received in Samarkand hands down, we had to check out at 4:00 am and the hotel manager was waiting outside with takeaway coffees and breakfast. He also laid out chairs for us and a table with tea and snacks, and a lamp at night, in the courtyard.
Perfect localization just 5 minutes from main square. Great Host! Amazing and diversified breakfest, great to start a day. Host Mironshox is very nice and helpful with all necessary things. We really recommend staying in this Boutique Hotel in Buchara. It is our new Home in Uzbekistan
One of the best places we have stayed in Uzbekistan.
The hostel is perfectly clean, comfortable and well located to visit the old city.
The breakfast is amazing and prepared with a lot of love.
The staff is also amazing.
I would recommend everyone to stay here to visit Bukhara!
Location is #1. Everything in one place. Amazing & friendly stuff. Very good local breakfast. Amazing night walking in the center of Bukhara. Also: the hotel can arrange taxi 🚕, to pick up and drop off. My 5 star recommendation ✨️ to see beautiful Bukhara.
It was the best place to stay during my 2 weeks trip in Uzbekistan. Room was new including beds and locker. Very clean place including bathrooms. The two ladies who work there were so lovely and took amazing care for me. The breakfast was delicious.
Amazing location in the old town, but not deep in the residential streets. Very convenient to walk to all the sights, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. New hotel, nice design, very clean, comfy beds. Great breakfast and very attentive staff.
The family that runs the hotel is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Sultan, the owner, offers great restaurant and historical sites recommendations. Breakfast is offered and is delicious. Also the location is wonderful. Can't recommend more!
Best hotel I've stayed at in Uzbekistan.
Room was great and clean, also no problems with hot water.
The staff was even better than the rooms, really kind people willing to help out .
I wish I could take the hotel with me to Tashkent :)
Everything from the hotel, staff, cleanness you can't go wrong 5 star hotel i was very pleased with my stay thumps up would recommencement sincerely to anyone who want to visit Bukhara.
Komil provided wonderful services for us such as a massage, espresso when needed and a private taxi to Khiva. Breakfast was the best we had in Uzbekistan. Would recommend!
Very good value as breakfast was included, and not too far of a walk to the main sites. Lots of top shelf hotels nearby only this hotel is just off the main drag.
