People are so helpful.
City is clean actually very clean. Underground stations, coaches itself, parks, public toilets were all clean and tidey.
Restaurant are very clean and foods are delicious and affordable. Based on other local prices like food, transport and so on accommodation prices are too high.

It's a beautiful city.
It's a beautiful city. There is a lot to do if you are a traveller. Figure out their bus and metro stations, and you can get to anywhere except the mountains. Spend time understanding what you would like to do and accordingly get to the places. Exchange cash in local currency, almost everyone uses local money. YandexGo is a must for the beginning.

In Uzbek we need adopter to charge as our charger pin does not fit. Stay at Samarkand, bukhara, khiva & finally Tashkent city. Friendly & honest people. Clean city good weather. We enjoyed our stay in Uzbekistan. Prices of taxi water and food was pocket friendly. I couldn’t try horse meat, if you wish you can. Plov is good. Ice cream is good. Their art is nice.

Don't linger here, treat it as a transport hub, the city has lost what charm it had from the soviet times and is now full of ugly construction plots, soulless glass boxes, and honking cars. Also, the city is craaazily russified, it's just sad to see these bits of colonial rule still doing strong(
Just get out of here as soon as you can and explore the real charm of Uzbekistan elsewhere.

Every person in Tashkent goes out of the way to help you though the language is a barrier. If they see you need help they volunteer and come forward to help. Very friendly and hospitable locals. I would love to visit again for the cleanliness and the friendly attitude of the locals. The local cuisine was great.
During my four-weeks-trip through Uzbekistan I stayed twice at this hotel. Its in a quiet neighbourhood, but still only a 15 minutes walk away from metro- and trainstation.
Theres a restaurant and a small grocery shop around the corner.
The staff was very friendly, gave me a warm welcome and made me every time feel like coming back home after a long day in the city.
Because of availability of a better room, they gave me an upgrade for free:-)
Very good value for price!
I would definetely stay there again!
Great family hotel, combine traditional design with modern materials and technology. Well equiped rooms: quality branded amenities, wi-fi, tv, minibar and good bed with clean fresh sheets and pillows.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Located not in city central location but subway station is about 10 minutes walk and taxi is very cheap in Tashkent.
Traditional breakfast is very fresh, tasty and was served quite early special for us, because we had early departure.
1. The hotel is located on the main road.
Just 01 kilometre away from major attractions like Friendship Square and Tashkent City Mall.
2. The hotel was neat and clean. The room provided was large.
3. Room had complimentary tea, coffee and electric kettle.
4. Bathroom provided was spacious.
5. Bathroom had complimentary toiletries.
6. Complimentary breakfast was tasty.
7. Mr Ali at the front desk was fluent in English and understood all our requirements well.
Good value for money. Very comfortable and centrally located. It is very centrally located and the hotel is very comfortable to stay in. It is a historical hotel, a kind of landmark of Tashkent - so it is fortunate that you can live here and experience the glamour of one of the first 4* hotels in Uzbekistan. Enjoyed a spacious room, vintage armchairs, and a very cool Soviet modern design. Btw, the lobby staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Better than many 5 stars around the world. Brand new faicilty in the heart of Tashkent. Just a short walk from the main street which is a good thing in blocking all the noise. One of the most comfortable beds I have used in a hotel room. Room was very spacious with a modern look and a really big bathroom. All other amenities were provided. Breakfast was great. Walking distance to all the restaurants and metro stations. Highly recommended.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s right between the old city and new city. Churso bazaar is a walking distance as well as Tashkent city park. The hotel has a nice ambiance specially the garden.
Special thanks to Miron and Azad for going an extra mile and took care of us during our stay. They were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They also made sure to accommodate our requests.
My wife and I, traveling from the UAE, had an amazing stay at the Art Residence Hotel in Tashkent. Mr. Hayotbek was incredibly helpful and charming, ensuring that our needs were met. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service, and the cleanliness was outstanding. With its affordable price and convenient location, this is the best hotel in Tashkent. Highly recommended for fellow Filipino travelers!
An excellent hotel on all counts: quiet, convenient location, quality facilities and helpful staff. Especially want to mention Wi-Fi - it has really strong and stable connection, what cannot be said about other places in Tashkent and Uzbekistan in general. And you get all of it for a really small price.
Excelent hotel in Tashkent! Green, quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Spotless clean, homemade breakfast and salt cave for a perfect siesta in the afternoon.
Owners and welcoming and helpful.
It is out of the city center, so a car or taxi is needed.
Definitely recommend 👍👍
central to the city, many food options around, a good option for budget stay, not too crowded even when we’re sharing amenities, great breakfast spread that’s included in the rate! I like the hung portraits that showcase Uzbekistan’s culture!
Thanks to the very friendly staff, really helpful and kind. The hotel is located close to the center and to many restaurants in a very calm street. The mattress was the best I had in Uzbekistan, very comfortable. Excellent value for money.
A bit frayed at the edges but a masterpiece of late Soviet hotel-building. I am sure you can get comfier hotels in modern Tashkent, but staying at the Uzbekistan is like staying at a museum. Nice bar on the top floor overlooking Timur Sq.
A home away home that too with traditional Indian Taste ! Could get best quality veg food in Breakfast and in Dinner. Also, services of providing packed break fast at 4:30 am - Hats off ! Would like to stay again and again in this Hotel
This hotel surprised us by the quality of amenities and the modern design.
The mattress was the best from our entire trip to Uzbekistan.
Staff is professional and friendly
Should we return, this would be the place to stay
