We were entertaining grandkids so looked for activities that they would enjoy. The Arizona Boardwalk was an excellent choice. There were a lot of activities if a little expensive. The Organ Stop in Mesa was a major hit with our kids. A bicycle ride along a desert trail yielded some spotted wildlife. The kids enjoyed seeing a roadrunner and a rattle snake especially. Traffic is horrible but I was expecting worse. The water park was also a big hit. It is connected to the Hilton resort.

Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful.
Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful. Lots to do in the museum district with its parks, exhibitions, and friendly people. It's better staying downtown. Definitely avoid the airport area as this is not safe. Grand Canyon is wonderful but a +4 hour drive.

Downtown has been under road construction for years.
Downtown has been under road construction for years. Parking and navigation are a nightmare. There is a homeless problem. I was approached by aggressive panhandlers continually. Uncared for mentally ill people wander this area in large numbers. Parking and hotel rates are now unaffordable. Surrounding areas such as Flagstaff and Anthem are much more comfortable and safe.

We went for a baseball tournament in Tucson, but flights were cheaper to Phoenix. Airport was really busy and a little confusing. The airtram destinations to get to the rental car place were not clearly marked to pick up the rental car, but returning rental car was very easy. We enjoyed some sightseeing at the Hole in the Rock park. Very nice with awesome views! Easy "hike" - about 5-10 minutes to the top with steps. Only 10 minutes from the airport. If in town only for a little bit, it was a quick and easy, but well worth it, sight-seeing trip.

I have lived in Arizona for many years, and yes, Phoenix is now a metropolis. Traffic sucks unless you travel on Sundays and off times. I love the many amenities of the city, but it lacks the character of other cities. Keep in mind, that the Phoenix metro area also includes Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, and other cool places, so there is charm if you know where to go. In the heart of Phoenix's downtown area, there are also some great museums, professional sports, and other attractions, If you know Phoenix, there is a lot to love, as a tourist, you may not have the time to uncover the hidden gems.
Hotel was dirty had no working showers the sink was stopped up with roaches floating around when I went to the office the lady was very rude I said I want to make a complaint she said Milne gonna do anything about it her manager was standing around wouldn’t come to assist this was a horrible stay roaches everywhere dirty and the room stink so bad .never again and there was no free bfast this was a lie and not worth any money looks like a homeless shelter
The Amenities… dinner and breakfast, kitchenette, super clean, some of the nicest hotel staff, shuttle (we didn’t use), and info in the room regarding dry cleaning (also didn’t use). Wow it felt like we were staying at a much more expensive hotel, and were treated like we spent a lot more money than we did. I recommend this spot to anyone… as we will 100% be staying here again ANYTIME we are traveling through Phoenix.
It has been the best hotel experience during our 2 weeks travel discovering the grand South-West America states. The room style is just as our taste, comfortable bed, high quality and abundant breakfast, wonderful personnels and waiters who served us at table. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi as well. We would certainly stay here again if come back visiting the Phoenix!
Great location. We were in town for a concert/game and decided to stay at this location from a previous trip in a May.
Hotel is great stay for money spent. The only negative thing is hotel does not offer basics such as coffee in the mornings as many chains do. They charge for breakfast but coffee is not too much to ask. Only option is the coffee pods in rooms.
Our flight came in very late.
Arrived after 11 pm.
Staff was excellent. Greeting us like it was noon not almost midnight.
Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Hotel was so quiet.
I enjoy my big breakfast. Wife had a great fruit cup.
We live in Arizona and travel a lot.
Best hotel in Phoenix near airport.
Thank you!
I liked the free shuttle to the hotel. It was very convenient for why I was in Phoenix. It was pretty quiet at night that was surprising seeing the area it is located in. The bed was very comfortable and the room. It was pretty good for the cost of the room.
Love it! Fantastic deal. Walked to the ballgame. Thank you.
We stay in Phoenix a few nights a year. Will make your hotel the place we stay every time. We were touched that you had free cold drinks available by the desk.
Was over 114' and they were so needed!
The room is big and comfortable. The hotel is pretty, you kind of feel that you are inside of a resort. The distance to the airport really makes it worth it if you are only staying one day. If you want to explore Phoenix I would suggest other neighborhoods.
This was an amazing hotel, it was clean, well organized, comfortable, modern and well cared for. the room had a full kitchen, a washer/dryer and a really nice walk in shower. Truly a luxury experience. 100% will use for every trip to Phoenix!
The Embassy Suites, Phoenix Biltmore is a beautiful hotel. We were checked in by friendly staff and very efficiently. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pull out couch wasn't great, but not bad either.
The room was not small and easily accessible, both room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was close to highway and easily reachable and well connected to get to downtown for dinner
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff we met were all great. We really appreciated the free shuttle to and from Phoenix airport. The buffet breakfast had good food options.
Location of this hotel is excellent for the Phoenix Convention Centre - it is literally a 6 minute walk. It is also a quiet hotel with little night noise. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
The river ranch was the best! The rooms are nice and clean. My kids love the hotel because of the swimming pools! They have another pool in tbe hotel with bath tub and we still enjoy it!
the hotel was very near the airport with the best drop off pickup I’ve seen. and central to things to do in the Phoenix are. It is comfortable and clean.
Like the overall cleanness of the room and location of the hotel. This hotel is my usual go-to place to stay whenever I'm in the Downtown Phoenix area.
