The location of the hostel is perfect to stay and reach market square, staff is professional and Kitchen is clean and well equipped.

I had my own room and it was nice. Private rooms on a different level than dorm rooms so it was quiet. Each floor had its own bathroom/shower. The location was decent for the train station and old town.

Clean. Safe (there are cameras at the entrances and the personal is checking). Very friendly staff and ready to help (after check-out I could keep my luggage at the hostel, of course keep in mind this is possible only during the day shift). There`s a pleasant inyard balcony where to sit and have a coffee. Very close to the city centre and a market square where you can find fantastic food. Pets and alcohol not allowed.

The lady working there was very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage possible but not 24/7. Everything was clean. Socket and reading light with each bed. Walking distance from the central station as well as the old town. Tea and coffee for free. Kitchen and a small balcony available. Bed was already made. Sheets included. Towel can be rented. Laundry can also be done for a charge. Locker available in the room. Market with local produce right across. Overall, would recommend staying there and would also definitely consider it if I happen to visit Cracow again.

Its in the old town, kinda close to the main train station and Galeria Krakowska. A local market in front of the hostel too. The hostel itself is inside an old building, its small but its good and cosy. Chances of meeting other travelers during your stay is almost 100%. Both reception women are friendly, especially the blond lady. I would definitely go back.
