Staff was very nice. Before our arrival they turned on heating in our room as it was cold and raining. Hotel offers good massage. There is also restaurant with reasonable prices. We tried both.

Outstanding service and staff. Great facilities and activities eg. the great climbing park. Very good location to explore the mountains and beautifull surroundings with the 3 Village Walk as a highlight combined with amazing views on the canyons and mountains close by.

Everything ! They upgraded us in a wonderful and romantic room. They decorated for the birthday of my girlfriend, so nice from the team :) The room was very confortable and clean, huge bathroom. Everything! Very kind and welcoming staff, amazing view from the room and from the restaurant. The breakfast and the dinner were amazing. The rooms were spatious, very comfortable and extremely clean! The hotel is very close to the famous green terraces hike. We would love to return.

What a beautiful location! The hotel offers incredible views. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, chatty and kind. We had a nice dinner and breakfast (with great pancakes!) and the facilities (terrace Seating areas, outdoor dining) were lovely.
