The location was easy to find and the walk from the port to the venue was easy with no steps to climb.
Will definitely make use of Ethereal stay if I have to go for a vacation in Spetses and hopefully stay longer.

Fantastic, excellent, amazing, and exceeded my expectations.
Fantastic, excellent, amazing, and exceeded my expectations. Visiting again for sure, can't wait to experience it once more. I didn't have inclusive breakfast, but knowing the hotel, I'm sure it would be good. There are so many bars and restaurants that cater to all needs, cheap and cheerful, middle-of-the-range, or high-end. Location-wise, the hotel is excellent and extremely central, a gem, charming, right in the heart of the island. The staff were very helpful, who went over and beyond, plus always cheerful. Happy to learn your needs and point you in the right direction. The owner: family-run hotel, who rescued an architecturally beautiful and run-down building and has been gradually renovating the hotel during wintertime. The guests don't see or hear any of the renovation works, they are behind the scenes, but they do gradually go on not seen or heard. The old lift in the hotel has a little of a modern sparkle about it, but it is delightful and has a lovely musical tinkle when in the lift, a must-experience. Most of the hotel rooms have sea views, but if you don't have a sea view, don't be alarmed, you will have a lovely spacious clean room with a view and perhaps and balcony, but if not whatever room you get: large or small, it is clean, comfortable and perfect for a beach holiday! After all it is an island and for what you are paying for a large or small room, balcony or not, you’re still getting an en-suite and great value for money; on a beach holiday, you’re out all the time enjoying the sea and sun and local cuisines, not sitting in the hotel room! It really is value for money and more! It has a lift, and the building has character. My room was very comfortable. If you are looking to save costs and want an all exclusive, book the room and you will find all types of catering needs across the island: cheap-middle range-high end.

Beautiful island with lots of flowers.
Beautiful island with lots of flowers. Relatively little traffic. Bring your walking shoes and some water shoes for the pebble beaches. Ask for recommendations about where to eat and make reservations if you go in high season. Definitely take a round the island boat trip - that was the best thing we did. We chose Lefteris Tsanas https://www.facebook.com/p/Spetses-Fishing-trips-and-traditional-boat-tours-100069392708838/. The cost was very reasonable and he is a knowledgeable and personable tour guide and local fisherman who supports sustainable fishing practices for the entire island. He brought along Greek mezes for our trip which were homemade and included octopus he had caught himself...it was magical!

Our favourite places was new port and old port.
Our favourite places was new port and old port. It was easy to walk around the center, but for beaches you have to go with motorbike or bicycle. I was impressed with the hospitality of the locals and their willingness to help. Also we ate at patralis fish tavern and Agios in the center the food was great. The beaches were good in a stunning location, the disadvantage was that they have small stones, not sand.

Hotel Kastro is in a deal location for walking about Spetses town. Lots of cafes and eateries. Our favourite was PATRALIS, definitely! Freshly prepared dishes to cater for all tastes. Plus service and hospitality at KASTRO HOTEL exceeded expectations! Their breakfast had a huge variety and was enjoyed thoroughly sitting next to pool and shady trees! Loved it! Thanking Christian’s and Svet and the team for going above and beyond.

Not crowded and not very touristy.
Not crowded and not very touristy. Mostly Greeks on holiday and locals.
Nice shops cafes, tavernas etc.restaurant in the old port were great. We loved Patralis in the other direction it had wonderful seafood. Except when we went to the beaches we walked everywhere.
Transport is taxi, bus, horse and cart or you can hire bikes or mopeds. Keep the number of your hotel handy so if the bus is full on your way home from the beach they can send you a taxi.
People were all very nice. Would visit again
Our room was perfect and because we had stayed at this hotel previously, we made a special request for a specific room, which was honored. The hotel has gotten better every time we stayed. The updates to the pool area are beautiful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I like that this hotel is farther away from the town center so it is quiet and private, but still close enough to get to the beach within a few minutes ride on a moped or maybe a 10 minute walk on foot. Don't be discouraged by the walk as the scenery is beautiful.
Amazing location just a couple minute walk from the center of town and the beach in town. Close to all the action but tucked just far away enough for some peace and quiet. Beautiful view of the ocean and town from the balcony. Impeccable interior design with amazing attention to detail - we could have stayed forever and our 2 children said the house was their favorite part of the trip! Stunning house. Very comfy beds. Easy check in with such an amazing host! We can't wait to come back
It is a lovely property, run by a hospitable and hard working hostess. The room looked recently renovated and it was spacious and comfortable. It was on the front of the property and those rooms may not have a view. There is a good pool to chill and breakfast is served by the pool, under the olive trees. The very popular Agia Marina beach is a 5 minute walk and it only takes 15 mins to walk to the port (less to the old port). Great property. I would rebook if in Spetses.
The location was tucked up behind the expensive Poseidonion. About 100 yards from the harbour.
Breakfast was excellent, a wonderful selection. They tried very hard to make it so.
A good pool and sun chairs to relax with a bar area behind. A small boutique hotel that manages more than it should.
The staff among the nicest we have met anywhere. Top marks to Mary, Elena and Michael and the tireless manager, always on the go.
Armata is central to all that you need.
Korina / Helen were amazing hosts, providing us with tips for local trips, beaches and restaurants. Korina checked in with us regularly during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly.
The accommdation was perfect for our extended family of 8, spacious with 3 floors and well equipped.
The villa is in a very good central location, close walk to beach, ferries and buses.
I would warmly recommend to anybody thinking to visit Spetses.
Lianos hotel apartments is located outside of Spetses town in a really nice and calm area. The rooms are large and have a little balcony which is amazing for spending a warm summer night, overseeing the pool. The staff is particularly friendly and very welcoming. It's the kind of place you feel good about going back to at night. The hotel is located at walking distance from a monastery that I highly recommend for a visit!
Beautiful new hotel that’s been decorated to a very high standard in a modern island style. The location is perfect. You can walk easily to the beach and restaurants from a central position. Best of all was the owner Fotis. He called ahead of time to make sure we had the best way to travel to Spetses. He provided a personal touch throughout our stay. What a wonderful host.
The property was great, renovated recently and all the stuff along the people in reception to the Hotel manager were really pleased to assist you and make your stay worth. The location of the hotel is right in front of the main port of the island where the boat taxis and ferries area docking. Would totally visit them again on our next trip to Spetses.
The property was beautiful, great location, the staff was amazing - especially Christina who was so nice to us and extremely helpful and hospitable - she even made us breakfast to take with us on the morning that we the hotel very early. Definitely returning to Kastro next time we visit Spetses.
Thanks so much!
Our stay at Oltremare couldn't have been better. The owners were so warm and took us in like family. Breakfast was to die for and the lodging itself was lovely, nice to find space in a slightly quieter part of town. I just wished we'd had more time to enjoy the pool and the grounds!
This hotel went above and beyond my expectations for an overnight stay in Spetses! The lovely couple that runs the hotel was available to help me resolve a shower issue at 8 PM! I really appreciated their flexibility with my checkout time as well.
Everything was beautiful, the room was great and well decorated, it had coffee machine and a kettle.
Comfy mattress and nice sheets. We had a lovely patio with chairs and a table. Space to hung up and dry your clothes or beach towels.
I’ve been visiting Spetses for over 15 years and this time at Yayaki was the best experience I ever had. Great location, great hotel, very comfortable and excellent staff. Such a great place, will definitely be going back again
The hotel is very conveniently located — about a 15 min walk to Kaiki beach on one end, and a 15 min walk to the old port on the other.
The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the view from the window was serene.
we loved everything about the hotel. we felt so welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. thank you Christina and your family and staff - you should be very proud of yourselves - it I fab xxxcc
wonderful breakfast , refill every day , a big variety. The location was perfect and the staff very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend it and stay again when i visit Spetses
The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The view is absolutely amazing.Wonderful service! Breakfast was delicious. Best hotel in Spetses! I can't wait to see you again Poseidonion 😍
The location is brililant - right off the ferry dock, and next to the main shopping street. Since Spetses is quite large, I enjoyed being in the middle of everything.
It's a nice hotel located 5-10 minutes walk from the port. Our room was small, with a balcony facing the courtyard and it was clean. The owners were very nice.
The hotel is clean quiet and functional.
However, the staff especially Spiros, made the stay welcoming and comfortable. He went out if his way to help us.
