It offers a view to the sea and the colorful sunset of the city, from anywhere in the living room. Each space is fully equipped. The living room offers one single space with the possibility of many simultaneous and different uses. At only 100m from Thessaloniki’s promenade and 15-20 minutes walking distance from the center (White Tower, Royal Theatre, Concert Hall, shops and malls, Thessaloniki International Fair, etc.). In the same building block, without even crossing the street, there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, creperie, restaurant, bakery, dry cleaner, deli and hairdresser. The building is located right on the main road, ensuring easy access, but the apartment is at the back, offering a view to the sea and isolation from the traffic noise.
