A fabulous place, staff so helpful especially Sebastian. The tapas bar was excellent, very popular, great dinner and quick lunch. Location brilliant close to little train into Bilbao and Guggenheim. Love Plentzia, beach is stunning, we had great walks. Would love to go back, it was a gem. Parking for the VW van was nearby by the police station. Plentzia super popular as beach resort at weekends!

The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern and central. The staff were fantastic -so pleasant, helpful and attentive. We had dinner there twice - food & service were excellent on both occasions. Nice promenade and beach in Plentzia and a good base to explore surrounding area. Also train/metro stop for Bilbao is close to hotel.

We decided to stay another night and even though the hotel was fully booked, the manager spent ages shuffling things around so that we could stay on without having to change to another room the next day. The location is superb and there is free parking 100m from the hotel. Plentzia is on the Bilbao metro and bus lines and for 3.80€ return we took the metro in to the Guggenheim museum. Its a much more pleasant place to stay than in the city.AAnonymousSpain

This was the first time we stayed in somewhere different to our usual choice, but the change wasn't a problem for us. Everyone was pleasant and friendly, the restaurant on Saturday night was exceptional.
