Everything was perfect. The location (only a couple of min to the beach), the view on the ocean, all the utilities available, close to supermarket, parking inside. My family and I, enjoyed staying here for 1 week. We recommand it

New high-end townhouse in the best area of Playa de la Arena, right in front of the sea and with free double parking. Fully equipped, with modern and bright aesthetics. Its capacity is for 6 people (1 extra bed can be added for a 7th person, preferably a child - check availability).). It has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 singles, cots and large closets. Spacious and complete bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen (plate, oven, fridge, dishwasher ...) A food processor is also available at the property, but must be requested in advance after booking. Living room with large sofa, Smart TV and free high quality WI-FI (600 Mb optical fiber).

The accommodation is located in the south of the island, in the heart of the emblematic tourist city of Playa de la Arena (municipality of Santiago del Teide), Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Newly built innovative terraced chalet, just one height, designed to maximize the taste for detail, combining design with functionality and offering high-end services to its guests. In its surroundings it has a gas station, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, hairdresser, banks, car and motorcycle rental, clothing / footwear stores, souvenir shops / shops and a wide range of cafés and restaurants.
