Modern, very clean, and cozy dorm room, close to the center, in a relatively quiet region at least during my stay, so sleeping with the window open is nice. A couple minutes away from a grocery store with a good variety.

Surrounded by the greenery of Oslo’s Grefsen neighbourhood, this hostel is 4 km from the city centre. It offers access to a fully equipped kitchen, garden with BBQ and free WiFi in public areas. The best were comfy, breakfast is ok, and the temperature is good. The location is quite good in a calm place, kind of country side.

This quiet hostel is in the leafy district of Kjelsås, 7 km from Oslo city centre. It offers free WiFi and private parking. Facilities include a laundry room. I’ve done a quick booking few hours before the sun set, had zero expectations just to be left with amazing impression for the personnel and the facility. It’s a dorm for students that work and study there, and the atmosphere is so nice, the hygiene was amazing!

In a prime location in the Frogner district of Oslo, Oslo Vest Hostel is situated 2.9 km from Oslo Central Station, 8 km from Sognsvann Lake and 1.5 km from Frogner Park. The place was very clean and well-equipped. The host is very responsive and helpful. Located in a residential area but still close to attractions by walking or by using public transportation. There's a supermarket and several restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.
