Really well decorated, wonderful breakfast, Stella is amazing… nice rooftop to take in surroundings… really close to beer street but lovely surrounding coffee and Vietnamese food … short walk to lake.. good value !

It's around 3-4 km from the Hanoi old quarter, so quite peaceful. The room was very clean, well maintained and the host was super nice. Also, since it is a homestay, the host conveyed us not to make loud noises during the night to disturb others.

Everything. The host, the room, and the location. The room is very clean and comfy and close to everywhere. I have a lovely stay here. This place is not a hotel but more like a hotel-like homestay. The entrance is a nice coffee and tea shop. The host, Charlie, while his English is limited but always could communicate with him using Google Translate. He is friendly and nice. This property is close to Beer Street, has a lot of eateries, and just opposite got a very nice local coffee shop. Highly recommended.
