The breakfast was plentiful and in our individual fridge for the three night stay. We had use of the kitchen and had storage space for more food if we brought any. There was a pleasant dining room a bit like a cosy cafe or bistro. The house was spotless and room was comfortable and airy. Gillian was the perfect host and even lent me her raincoat as I was going to a concert and hadn’t come prepared for rain after spell of hot weather. She also gave great hints and tips for travelling the local area and pubs to go to. We will return and wish her all the best with her fabulous guest house. Highly recommended.

The property is absolutely beautiful, spotless clean and very cozy, the host is actively responsive, helpful and super kind, with both professionalism and personality creating a warm welcoming stay. Quiet surrounding area, with a cozy back garden , you can't go wrong coming here, and you'll want to stay for more than a holiday . Been travelling around the past while and this genuinely is 10x better than any hotel, at your comfort and privacy and genuine service, we will definitely be staying again.

This place was awesome! if I could rate in above a 10, I most definitely would. This is a homestay and Roisin was extremely welcoming and responsive. The accommodation was beautifully appointed. There is food provided for breakfast in the AM, along with some other snacks, which was great in a make shift kitchenette. Where the bedroom was, required a slight adjustment (for reference I am 178cm/5"10), but was perfectly fine as I navigated it through a couple of days. The bed was comfortable and was wonderful to wake up with the sky lights above the bed. I can see why this place is booked all the time. Additionally, Roisin and her family have two cats, which was a great surprise, as I love cats. Just to reiterate, that cats aren't roaming around the house, in case if some folks have allergies. Lastly, the Malahide beach and the bus stop are just a four minute walk away! All in all, 15/10. Would highly recommend to all! Danke Roisin fur eine guten reisen!!! <3

The only thing that made this stay even remotely worth the cost was the sheer number of beds available for the price. In one (small) room, they are able to fit quite a few people. This is why I score it a 2/10 rather than a 1.
