Less than a mile away from Grant Park and Millennium Park, this historic boutique hotel is located in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood and features an on-site restaurant and state-of-the-art 24-hour... Complimentary tea, coffee and water in the lobby. Location was great, right beside the blue line that connects to the airport and walking distance to most attractions downtown. Room size was good, bathroom looks like it was freshly renovated.

Featuring a fitness center, a shared lounge as well as a bar, The LaSalle Chicago, Autograph Collection is located in the center of Chicago, 1.9 miles from Ohio Street Beach. The hotel was new, clean and gorgeously adorned. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic.

Featuring a shared lounge, a restaurant as well as a bar, citizenM Chicago Downtown is located in the center of Chicago, one mile from Ohio Street Beach. The location is amazing. All staffs are very helpful and kind. Only that the room is small, but considering the location, it’s reasonable.

Located in Chicago, less than a 5-minute walk to Millennium Park and Cloud Gate - The Bean, Arlo Chicago provides a fitness center and an on-site restaurant. Arlo is extremely well located, directly on Michigan Avenue, between the Chicago River and the Millennium Park. The hotel has been renovated recently: the decoration is nice and rooms are very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. In addition, there is a restaurant downstairs which is practical and, ultimately, staff was pretty warm. It was very ideal for the Chicago Marathon.

Just steps away from the famed shopping on State Street, this boutique hotel is located inside the Oriental Theater building in the Chicago Loop Theater District. Such comfortable beds, unique style and convenient location - but it was the staff that really made the experience. So friendly and amazingly helpful!!

Just 4 blocks away from the shopping, dining and entertainment on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this hotel is located in Downtown Chicago’s North Loop business district and offers a restaurant,... Very accesible. Staff very very kind and the view was spectacular.

Located in the heart of the city, Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown – The Loop is conveniently located near several of the city’s social and cultural landmarks. Clean hotel, Comfortable rooms, very decent size, good equipment with a small fridge, coffee maker. Great comfortable beds, except for the very uncomfortable sofa bed. It looks like hotels in general aren’t willing to invest in decent sofa beds…Why ??? Very good breakfast with nice selection of sweet and savoury items and some fresh fruits. We enjoyed that they carried Tazo tea. Breakfast was good, especially considering it was included in the price of the room. It was convenient for us, especially as we were traveling with children. Breakfast got really busy on the weekend though but the staff was doing an amazing job at making sure there was constantly a great selection of food and beverages, no matter the number of guests helping themselves at the buffet. I feel like their job wasn’t easy and they were always so nice and helpful. Thank you ! The location was good for us, especially as it was convenient to take buses, metro and trains for transportation in order to arrive from the airport, enjoy different parts of the city, visit old friends in the Northwestern suburbs. That being said, the hotel is close enough to walk to Millennium park or Michigan ave for instance. There is also a bus stop close by the hotel that takes you to Lincoln park zoo, which was very convenient for us. The pool was clean and good sized The staff in the lobby was always friendly and helpful during our 4 nights stay. We would definitely come back.
