Small hotel (9 rooms), aesthetically arranged, very indivual service, familiar atmosphere, very helpfull and carring team (tips regarding restaurants, bike rental and parking, etc.) always in a good mood and available, very obliging. Wonderfull rooms, modern but homelike, comfortable, very quiet (with closed windows, because the area is very lively in the eveing / night), air conditioning, "home made" drink water. Amazing and incredible fresh and delicious breakfast, all the served food is local, day fresh and prepared instantlly right after your order. Very nice area, with lots of restaurants and tapas bars, terraces on the street / crossings, small shops (groceries, fashion, etc.), less motorizied traffic, next to the historical city centre (raillway station, city hall).

Set in Valencia, 500 metres from Norte Train Station, NH Collection Colón Valencia offers accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We arrived very late in the evening from taking a plane/metro to the hotel. Metro is about two blocks down the street--which was super convenient! The front desk staff was soooo welcoming and friendly which we appreciated. We were given a floor on the 5th floor facing the street--surprisingly it was quiet at night! We liked the wardrobe that was big to unpack a bit. The bed was super comfortable with comfortable pillows. Linens were soft. Bathroom was large with a big sink and a huge shower. Loved that the sink area was big to keep cosmetics and beauty items. The room had a small table and stool. We'd stay here again!

The staff was amazing and so quick to go out of their way to help in anything requested. Very highly recommended and an amazing location.

One particular receptionist that welcomed us was incredibly fluent at English (the rest of them so-so). He was concise and gave us all the relevant information The room was comfortable, I had everything I needed.
