One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Quality is second to none and I would rate it in my favourite top 3 hotels I have ever experienced. Loved the balcony, the location is exceptional being close to so many important things that I could walk to. Many lovely restaurants and stores close by as well as important land marks. Staff exceptional and very helpful. Beautifully appointed I felt spoiled staying here. From the amazing bed to the excellent chocolates on arrival and the spacious bathroom I can't think of anywhere that I have felt more comfortable. The breakfast was also superb.

We were welcomed by Alexander who was extremely kind and helpful, providing detailed information about the hotel and what is included in our booking. The rooms we got were so nice and cozy, like in a dollhouse. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and the bathrooms - very clean. Breakfast was good too. The location is excellent. When Alexander was not on duty, we met Christina who was very nice and helpful, always giving us very good advice. Smiling and showing great customer focus.
