Located in an elegant residential district of Graz, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Graz, Hotel Villa Rückert was built around 1900 and is surrounded by a quiet garden. Really nice and charming hotel, very clean, parking available, the room is small but fine, has everything what you need.

The location of the apartment is great - the area is clean, safe and quiet, the bus stop is right in front of the building entrance. On the opposite side of the street there is a nice bakery to have a breakfast or buy some fresh-baked bread. The views from the balcony (both from the apartment's balcony and the building's corridor) are picturesque. The apartment is stylish and very clean. The rooms are big enough for 3 people and as there were only 2 of us (me and my sister), we felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. Every small detail is thought of and made as great as it could be (have you seen the decorations in the living room?). The mattresses are very comfortable, we had a great sleep. The Internet connection is stable and has a nice speed. The bathroom is spacious, the shower cabin is wide. The kitchen is very well equipped - there are pots, pans, baking sheets for the oven, a microwave, coffee machine (with capsules provided), electric kettle (tea selection provided). Also, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The most amazing part of the stay are the hosts. We had a welcome bottle of wine at the apartment and even chocolates! They were always available when we had questions and gave us really useful recommendations about the places to visit in the town. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and wonderful! We'll definitely visit again when in Graz.

Communication was prompt and easy. We've requested a cot for our little one that was set for us upon arrival (even though it was a last minute booking) - which was a great help for us. The flat was well equipped, cosy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was quite spacious - perfect for families with little kids. Best of all was the free parking spot just across the street. In addition just around the corner there was a relatively big supermarket. Overall we had a great experience. Спасибо за всё, Андрей. Счастливо оставаться!

This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!

The only thing you should take in consideration is that the trams are passing right by the flat so it gets noisy through the night when they do.
