Just a lovely hotel. Super comfortable room and a lovely lounge with a roaring log stove that was very welcome in mid-winter! Delicious breakfast with homemade yogurt. Will definitely be back and look forward to seeing it in summer. And a special mention for Sofia who is simply brilliant!

Casagrande really has everything you might need on your stay (bbq, beach umbrellas and seats, yoga mats, etc.) at the customer's disposal. They will also give great recommendations for activities nearby the hotel. We went kitesurfing with Kitesurf Uruguay, went to laguna Garzón and José Ignacio, to the small town nearby, etc. The overall experience was amazing. Casagrande is a place that really thinks about their guests. They also offer additional services (restaurant and laundromat inside the hotel, bikes for rent, supermarket 1 min walk).

Everything was excellent, the staff, the room, the breakfast, the service.

We had a problem with our air conditioning and they responded immediately and had the issue fixed within a very short time.

Excellent but the wifi was off for a while.

Very tastefully decorated - everything was beautifully done, including the porcelain in China at breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, the quality of the towels were amazing. The shampoo and body lotion was great. It was absolutely a beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly, really great state. I only regret we didn’t have more time so we could enjoy it more. Breakfast was incredibly fresh varied and very high-quality products. Definitely the best breakfast we had in Uruguay . The hotel is located in the old town of the city where there’s a lot of culture, beautiful architecture, and great Wine Bar called VITIS. We walked around at night and had no problem and really enjoyed the authentic feel of this historical Neighbourhood.

the hotel is beautiful and classy/stylish We travel a lot and immediately noticed that in this hotel the owners put a lot of effort by using high quality decoration. Many items you see you want for your own house! the food is really fantastic and the Lebrato red wine a must! Our rental car was not allowed to go from Argentina to Uruguay and it was difficult to rent one at short notice. The owner himself arranged one (thelast one) and brought me to the city himself) He waited till everything was done ( took half an hour). We could recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Well positioned to explore Rivera. The room was spacious and very clean. The choices at breakfast were wide ranging and good quality. The gym and rooftop terrace were a bonus.
