Everything was excellent! Being greeted by Nina at the entrance of the hotel was already a great start and it just got better. The hotel is small with a very caring and attentive staff, who go out of their way to meet your every need. Breakfast was great: lovely fresh croissants, cold meats, bread, cereals, nuts and scrambled eggs and pancakes on request (included in the price, not extra). Add fresh orange juice to that. The room was spacious, very clean, modern and well equipped with electrical sockets. The electrical outlets also have a USB C and USB A socket. Minibar is well stocked and the water is free. Location is very good, just five minutes from anywhere (the coast, a fabulous bakery, etc)

The room was unbelievable with a huge window and automatic window shutters. The room was spotless. The view from the hotel was straight from a movie and the owners were very very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was luxurious. Definitely recommend. The saddest part was that we had to leave for another city for the next night, so we only spent one night here. Thank you for having us <3

During summer we were already in Ljubljana and noticed the hotel which has great reviews, so we decided to celebrate my 50th birthday there. The reviews - even so they're great - don't do the hotel justice as it just exceeds expectations. The overall experience was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our romantic stay a special experience. Every room has it's own story and is lovely designed. The breakfast matches the fantastic service. We also tried the tasting menu and the young chef is very talented and upcoming. It was delicious. Thanks again for an unforgettable weekend to Robert and the Team at Hotel Zlata Ladjica.

AMAZING does not even begin to adequately describe this TREASURE of a hotel, complete with scenic snow peaked mountain looming behind! Exceptional warm welcome from the owner & it immediately felt as if you were staying with a family. The décor is charming & personal. Ultra-clean, light and bright rooms (we had booked 2). From this location, it is possible to head off directly for walking/hiking/cycling , and also within easy walking distance into town for restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The parking is a great plus too!
