Great accomodation on a local island. Sabba summer suite is located in the island centre, 3 mins walking from bikini beach and restaurant area. Managed by nice, kind people who makes your stay even more comfortable. The room is basic but sufficient, if you want a bit more book beach suite. But I was happy in Summer suite, having a short walk up and down, enjoying local people and calmliness. Food at the restaurant is á la carte with a surprising variety but I recommend just to ask for what you want and if it's in their power they prepare. Strongly recommend fresh fish cause it's really fresh usually caught in the morning served at lunch or dinner. Beach area is huge equipped with sunbeds and offers great lenghty house reef reachable easily from the shore. Transfer from and to the island is surprisingly easy and is fully managed by Milo who does his magic to make the journey by plane and speedboat very easy and according your needs. The island is one the last untouched frontiers in Maldives with all the perks of local island. Unspoiled, resl, charming, yet calm and peaceful. Thanks guys.. Milo, Abdulah, Anushka and the rest of the team for everything, it was really memorable. Already missing mas huni and kulhimas :)

I had an unforgettable stay at Handhuvaru Maldives. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making me feel right at home. I loved cycling through the beautiful palm forest, enjoying fishing excursions, and visiting the private island where I experienced some of the best snorkeling ever. I rate this paradise 11 out of 12 and can’t wait to return soon! ❤️

Very nice and quiet location. The best local island experience. The host is very friendly and provides all the information you need. Many options for day trips and activities in reasonable prices.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable 4 days on this paradise island, just 1.2 hours by speedboat from Male (60 euros per person one way). We were surrounded by care and attention from the magnificent and friendly staff and hotel owner. The food in the restaurant was very delicious, with breakfast available as a buffet or à la carte. There is a wide selection of snorkeling trips, including swimming with harmless nurse sharks or searching for turtles, fishing, and relaxing on deserted sandy beaches. You can rent paddle boards, kayaks, fins, and masks. We will long remember the beautiful sunsets and tasty dinners on the beach under the stars. We will definitely return again."

Amazing service, such a new hotel, the staff truly went above & beyond!! Transferring me around when I needed to get places on time, even lending me their own iPhone cord when I lost mine & their laptop when mine broke 🤣🥹🫶 such kind lovely people, and wow such a delicious breakfast too! The room is super nice. You can tell it was designed by someone who's used to travel because everything is in its right place and well functioning. The bed is comfy, the shower is hot, ac works well and the bathroom, placed in between the bed and the entrance, will screen from the noise so you won't hear people talking in the dining area when you go to sleep. I'm a picky italian, but I can say the food is definitely the best I've had in the maldives. Everyday fresh fish was on the menu (one day even tuna carpaccio, fished that very morning on the trip to scuba dive!). The cook does know his job. Only bad note: the sweet pastry ! The dough was always severely undercooked. Just saying so he can improve ! But the rest was really good. Scuba diving was great. I had only 4 dives on my log before coming here and was unsure if I could equalize my ears properly so on the first day Jarda made sure I had a dive instructor of my own. After the first dive everything was cool and I could join the rest of the group ! Jarda's always open to pick the diving spots accordingly to the will of the group (you'd better like currents though because he always looks for them! Personally I would have enjoyed even stronger ones ! ;)) Overall the 5 days I spent at dive and sleep were the best I've had in the Maldives

I rarely write reviews, but with such outstanding service, I just can't help but give a perfect 10! I want to thank the hotel team for their warm welcome. They have their own speedboat that takes you from the airport to the island. At the start of the island, an electric bus picks you up and brings you directly to the hotel. What follows is a delightful surprise and a seamless check-in to a cozy room with panoramic windows, refreshing air conditioning, and a stunning view. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for: The complimentary island tour. The fact that the most beautiful beach on the island is just steps away from the hotel. The delicious breakfasts and dinners. The daily room cleaning. The nighttime fishing experience. Atif’s assistance with excursions, where he acted as a guide and ensured everything went smoothly. The team also provides plenty of free snorkeling gear, including masks, fins, and vests, which was fantastic. Special thanks for surprising my brother with a birthday cake—it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Atif, Ahmed, and the entire team—you’re the best! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

From the start everything was super, communication with people before we traveled, they organised transfer for us, greeted us with nice refreshing drinks and gave us all useful information. We had room on the ground floor that looked at the bikini beach and sea. On the white sandy beach we had beach beds and table and chairs. Now about the sea (well ocean)…crystal clear water and part where you can swim and house reef where you can snorkel and see amazing colourful fish. Staff was amazing (I am terrible with names), but every single member of staff was friendly and polite, from our waiter, Sri Lankan chef, hotel manager…everyone. They organised trips for us. Out of many different trips we chose 3. We had Dolphin Safari where we saw 100’s of dolphins and took amazing photos and videos. Then we had snorkelling trip to see turtles and again we took some great pics and videos. Our guide even took my GoPro and filmed us swimming with turtles. Unforgettable experience! We also had Night Fishing trip, where we caught many fishes, like tuna, barracuda, red snapper etc. Then they prepared most amazing beach dinner with our catch. In the restaurant you have a choice between continental breakfast and local one (many times we had both of them). Also you can eat pancakes with various toppings and there was always cold juice and water. For dinner you have different choices, like various soups to start with, then various curries, rice and noodle dishes, fish, various ways of chicken, pizzas, burgers…and desert at the end. We were very happy with food. I can highly recommend Belmars Beach and will definitely come back at some point, as we had a brilliant time there.
