If we ever come back to Beirut, we’d definitely stay at El Sheikh Hotel. All staff members were incredibly helpful. Specially Mohammed and Ahmed on the front desk were so kind. As the other reviews mention, they upgraded our hotel room to executive suite without any charge. The room was spacious and had one of the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. The location of the hotel is amazing, right at the heart of Hamra which allowed us to walk wherever we needed to go around the neighborhood. It was quite easy to take a taxi whenever we need to, as well.

Our stay was wonderful - the staff were friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. It was helpful to have a private parking spot and the mattresses were super comfortable. Since it was our first stay, they upgraded our room for free and gave us a sweet parting gift when we checked out. The garden is so peaceful and upon first entering the grounds you can smell the sweet orange trees and jasmine in the air. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for others.
