Our experience started before we arrived with effective and instant communication on booking.com from Garineh. We had a friendly and warm welcome, a room upgrade and good explanation of the hotel facilities by Manuella from the front desk upon our arrival. We ordered from room service and the portions were surprisingly large compared to other places. Breakfast was tasty with amazing panoramic views over Beirut from the 31st floor. Friendly staff overall and we hope to be back.

Lovely hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of Lebanon. Nice distance between Bcharre, the Cedars, and Qadisha Valley. Room was clean - and I've never seen a satellite package on the TV with so many channels (after a nice dinner, spent part of the evening switching between Iraq Idol and a chatshow from Cote d'Ivoire...). Staff were very friendly.
