We loved Vang Vieng and the Confetti Hotel! Has a great pool to use on the hot afternoons and a lovely breakfast in the mornings. The room is very large, bathroom was huge, clean, and comfortable. The staff was great, and always willing to help.

We were impressed by the comfort that exceeded our expectations. The sunset we saw from this inn was the most beautiful sunset in my life. The room, the garden, everything was beautiful. Breakfast was so good. The hospitality of the staff is outstanding. I would like to return again.

The property is excellent. It’s a very friendly place, and all team members are in the Residence to assist you if needed. They try to do their best always. The kindness of local people and the foreign Chef is highly appreciated. Bedrooms are comfortable, extremely clean and well-maintained; restaurant and rooms are decorated in nice way. The sala along the Mekong offers you the opportunity to enjoy the calm of the area and the relaxing view of the scenery. The food is very good also and gives you a taste of happiness. Well done!

We stayed 10 nights, and then extended by another 9, so 19 nights, longer than most people… that’s how much we loved the place! (Winter/high season: Jan-Feb 25) General location & surrounding: Location is ideal. It’s only 10 min walk to the centre & Night market and 15 min to the Mekong. As it’s located on a path off two larger streets, it is very quiet: you hear birds singing and not cars/scooters/vans. Also, the atmosphere in this twelve-room boutique hotel is very calm. The garden around the pool is very pretty and very well maintained. You can borrow bicycles from reception, they are in good condition. Comfort & Bedding & Storage: Our room (Junior Suite) was very spacious with a large bathroom, sitting area & small terrace. The bed was good, as were the pillows. There was hanging space (I was provided with extra hangers upon request) and enough space for storage, as well as a desk. Pool: The pool is not very large, but sufficient for doing laps. Very clean. Note: The water was cool in the winter (but not cold). Nice sunbeds around, there usually was space. Breakfast (& restaurant): Breakfast is à la carte, on previous night order. (This was less an issue than I may have expected because everything was good, although a bit more variety, such as different fruits or different vegetarian toast would be appreciated on longer stays). Ingredients are of good quality and presentation as well as service were perfect. No special coffees, but a good coffee from Southern Laos, that made us forget about espressos for the length of our stay :) We also had vegetarian spring rolls by the pool, delicious. We did not eat at the restaurant. Condition & cleanliness: The hotel is spotless and well maintained. Wifi: May be weak from time to time (we used a mix of Wifi and local SIM) Staff & Service: Staff is present and ready to assist. Any question or issue is dealt with promptly.

This is a very charming and newly renovated hotel in a perfect location. The staff is so kind and helpful, especially the manager. The outdoor bar area where the breakfast is served is really lovely to spend time at. Had an excellent stay.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very convenient, just a ten minute walk to the night market and old town but there were plenty of other restaurants and bars even closer. Jessica was very welcoming and very helpful for setting up our trip to the Kuang Si waterfalls. The room was nice and clean with a nice hot shower.
