the service was wonderful, the place is like a little bit of paradise very close to the Sea of Galilee. Fresh towels and bathrobes when needed, refreshments right next to the pools, the owner welcomed us with a great coffee and even put up a nice birthday welcome for my husband - on the house. there is a shuttle service from the parking to reception, free use of the nearby public pools and crocodile farm and a wonderful breakfast! we really enjoyed our time and are planning to come again.

Best service I have ever got in Israeli hotel, absolutely wonderful team and especially manager Vladimir! He made our vacation totally exceptional. Thank you very much. Also the outlook of the hotel seems to be much better than others in Eilat. Rooms are very cozy, beds are great, bathrooms are spacious and view is wonderful. Breakfast restaurant looks like French chateau. Love it and recommend it!
